Unprofessional management, I was harassed and treated horribly while shopping an Instacart order there for one of their customers. At one point, since the order was three cartfulls large and I had a friend help me, I stepped out to may car to get my iced coffee only to be followed by a poor employee writing down my license plate number in front of me saying they were just doing what they were told to do. Manager was dismissive when I went back in in tears trying to explain that I was not there to shoplift, but I was shopping an Instacart order. Same thing I tried to tell the other employees who were harassing me inside. I guess when you are judging someone on their appearance you fail to see the obvious scanning I was doing on my app for the order. The manager Kathy should be ashamed of herself for putting her employee in danger like that. What if I was an actual criminal or violent? Any store I’ve ever heard of would never put a small older woman at risk like that. Unbelievable. I’m beyond disgusted.

Terrific selection of products. Fresh food and great friendly people 😊 I give Star in Dedham ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ a five Star rating. I not only work there but happily shop there.

Clean store. Almost always has sale items in stock.

They don't have much organics... or juices not from concentrate. Scales don't work in the fresh fruit/vegetables. No ties for your bag... third place had plenty of room for improvement but it's okay... 2.5 star

After what could have been a devastating mistake on their part this store went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I am so grateful for the customer service dedication. Thank you so much.

This is the worst grocery store ever!!!! I have been shopping here for years,each time hoping it will get better! First of all I shop every Monday night and they've already run out of stuff. Never is there enough registers open , and you've removed self serve so ppl with one or two items have to stand in lines with ppl who's cart are full! On top of all this I have to bag my own groceries are you kidding me Star Market! I'm done I won't be back and I'm sure it won't matter to you
