I’m not sure what’s been going on lately, but the drinks have not been to the standards that they were in the past. This is my second time ordering a drink and it does not taste the way that I ordered it.

Got a blonde triple shot was clear they used the wrong sized scoop for the blonde beans (using the big one instead of the small one) ended up having to go to the hospital due to caffeine overdose. This not cool.

I went to the drive thru and made my order and got cut off. No big deal I got to say two coffees. When I went to the window I tipped cash and no thank you or acknowledgment. Ok that's ok right. Then they hand me my medium coffee and it was filled to the top. The lid popped off and hot coffee on my console and leg and my hand. The worst was TWO employees staring at me. I am saying the coffee was too full and now I got spilled coffee ! Neither employee offered napkins ! Just a new lid ! And after saying repeatedly they said ok. Horrible They were like zombies Starbucks has gone down hill so bad

The staff are so nice but this is the weirdest business ever. Could be open or closed at any given time and you may or may not be able to order ahead and either way will probably wait 20 min for pickup. It’s truly shocking - I have to wonder if the corporate hq are up to some shenanigans harming the store employees or if the manager just doesn’t want to make money???? Either way… I’m done, I will go out of my way and drink a weird 2pm watered down DD coffee from down the street rather than keep getting rejected by this place lol

This is one of the weirdest businesses ever. Arbitrary hours since Covid but still carrying on the same way four years later, claiming to have staff shortages. Sometimes the cafe is open, sometimes it’s not. Sometimes the drive through is open, and other times not. Not sure who manages this location but they surely have a unique style that doesn’t seem to want a customer base.

Store staff is very nice! My drink was made the way I wanted it.The seating area was pretty empty, but the line at the drive through was pretty long. That's why I never bother with drive through.

Drive through wait is absurd here. Been here a few times, most recently I did a mobile order… there are 2 Provence highway locations. By accident I hit the wrong one and the guy at the drive through refused to make me my order. Real classy place.
