I visited this Starbucks around 7:00am and chose to go inside instead of the drive-through because the drive- through line was extremely long. unfortunately, the in-store experience was very disappointing. There was no greeting or acknowledgment when I entered. The staff appeared disengaged and worked almost like robots, without speaking to customers in line. Another customer and I waited for about 6 minutes without any assistance, until the customer finally had to ask, Can we get help over here? The team seemed completely focused on the drive-though and ignored customers inside the store. As a result, I ended up being late for work. At that point, I felt I should have just gone through the drive through if that was the only way to receive service. I spend my money here usually enjoy Starbucks, but this location really missed the mark. The manager should have a conversation with the staff about basic communication, customer acknowledgment, and people skills. Customers inside the store deserve the same level of service as the drive-through. I understand work can be overwhelming but this was not okay.

The worst. I’ve had so many failed drinks here and when I tell them it’s wrong they act like it’s such an inconvenience to them. Awful, avoid this location.

I come here a lot since I work close by. As time goes on it is slower and slower at the drive thru. I made it late to work and I was an hour early ! I was in like for almost 15 minutes. I don’t know if it’s new management , new employees or what , but something needs to be done

Extremely unpleasant environment in there due to portable air conditioning units set at 65 and blowing on you when you put cream and sugar in your coffee and keeping the whole store frigid. It is 81 outside, so they could set it at 70 or 72 which would be comfortable. It is much too cold to sit in there.

Better training and more help is really needed at this location!! 25min wait for 2 matcha lattes, one of which they forgot about and then they added salted caramel cold foam to both and too much matcha powder so it was very bitter. Undrinkable. Every employee needs to be retrained. Lots of other customers were in there complaining about the wait or their order being wrong.

They didn’t close the lid properly and had my drink spill all over my shoes. Went to the bathroom to clean myself, no tissue, no soap to even wash my hands.

I’ve never seen such miserable people in my life than when I step into this location. Never smile, look up and look totally bothered when asking a simple question. If you don’t like dealing with the public, go find a job somewhere else. Sadly this is the closest location to where I work but honestly am thinking about driving the extra distance

Over the last two years I have tried this Starbucks several times to see if they can ever get it right. Customer Service, the attitude, drinks and orders being completely wrong, and terrible energy.. My patience has worn thin, and the people who work here are obscene ; like you’re asking them for a favor instead of making an order that you’re paying for. A seven dollar coffee should be served correctly, I am polite, patient and understanding but if you intend to stay open you need to acknowledge that you cannot throw whatever into a cup and expect people to pay for it. It’s special order coffee, the whole marketing point. Last straw was today. Haven’t been here in three months. Today It’s raining, like really raining and there’s no awning for the drive thru speaker, and no one was behind me. I went up to the window because I could not complete my order with rain blowing in my face. I got to the window and They’re all looking at each other laughing and no one would come to the window, just blank stares. Finally, a young lady walked through them , stepped up and opened the window then asked me if I was picking up a mobile order which they knew that I wasn’t because I had already started ordering. And then the young lady says to me well if you’re not picking up a mobile order you have to order at the speaker. And of course, I said “well yes normally I would, but it’s raining and all the rain was coming in my face and my mouth as I was trying to order so I figured I could come up to where the awning was, where I would be protected. “ and she told me “no sorry you have to go around you can’t order from here.” Then closed the window and walked away…. So they lost a customer. I left because there is literally no way that you can just go around at this Starbucks because it is on Providence Highway and you’re going out to a one-way HIGHWAY. You can’t take a U-turn at the light, and I already waited in the Saturday traffic just to get here. I’m very glad that people are secure in themselves and their jobs so much so that they feel they have the power and audacity to be rude to customers. The world is changing fast, and the way that We treat one another will become more important day by day. Meanwhile, this Dunkin’ Donuts is so good today!

This Starbucks literally sucks. First time I came here employee blew her nose and didn’t wash her hands and proceeded to make drinks. Second time I waited in the drive through for 25 mins. Will not come back ever again .

I’m not sure what’s been going on lately, but the drinks have not been to the standards that they were in the past. This is my second time ordering a drink and it does not taste the way that I ordered it.
