Ordered an iced pumpkin spiced latte with some customizations and received a completely different item. There was no pumpkin sauce or caramel sauce in the drink at all. It’s frustrating because you’re charged extra for the customizations and then you don’t receive what you paid for. It wasn't busy, there was a minimal amount of customers inside and no line in the drive thru so I’m not sure what the issue is. This location has gone downhill.

Rude customer service as other patrons said. There’s a weird vibe in there. Very uncomfortable feeling. Whole staff is weird acting. No acknowledgement when I walked in. Lady didn’t ask my name to put my name on the cup. My cup just sat there, no one else was there cause it was late. I had to finally go up and ask if it was done, and remind the lady she didn’t ask for my name. She just looked at me w no apology, Like she didn’t know she was supposed to ask. Yeah ok. Order a sandwich with bacon and after sinking my teeth into it, I realized it was raw. After opening the sandwich I saw the bacon was barely cooked and was GREY! I went back and at first they didn’t want to toss it then after refunding me and handing me a complementary sandwich(which was also undercooked) they asked for the other one back as well. You can’t make this up. Unreal the lack of care in the food service industry.

Used to work in Starbucks and been coming to Starbucks for 20 years… never had to wait more than 10 minutes for coffee. The drive through line did have about 6-7 cars waiting but still…. I waited for a total of 14 mins, the person in front of me had a mistake and in her drink, the person in front of her left upset bc he had been waiting for so long… the people were not nice .. and they added whip to my drink when i specifically asked for no whip cream. Was disappointed …. And I Love Starbucks … so it was hard.

This is my favorite Starbucks. I usually just use the drive thru, but my drinks and food are always right and the staff are sooooo friendly at this location, it always puts a smile on my face!

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews but unfortunately I feel it necessary. The drinks are always a hit or miss for me. Got a pink drink today and it was basically just the milk with the strawberries pieces thrown in. However, that’s not my biggest complaint about this store. I had been here previously with my registered service dog and was approached by the manager who I actually thought was just a customer. I was asked to exit the building with my service dog unless I could provide paperwork. This is illegal to ask. This manager needs to be aware of the laws surrounding service animals. My husband is also a restaurant manager and knows very well it is illegal to kick someone out unless they show you their documents. Especially on very bad days, having my service dog is a must for me. But unfortunately on those days I feel I am unable to come here. Which saddens me.

I will say that the past month and a half I've been more attach into visiting different locations of Starbucks , drive in has been good appreciate a smile and good vibe of this team.. love when they add a note as a smile to my cup always light up the moment.

Heinous excuse for an establishment. If you want to be lectured by someone who can’t do their job efficiently this is the place to go! Bad attitudes, slow service and cold food! I’ve had to report this store twice to Starbucks and get my money back because they can’t even heat up a sandwich properly. I’ve worked at two Starbucks cafes simultaneously and it was a lot more pressure than one line and one drive thru. Hire people with customer service skills who can deal with fast paced environments! Current staff is not it.

Slooooowww!!!! I have been in line 15 minutes with only two cars ahead!! Starbucks should be able to have cars with big order pull over!!

Every time I have ordered from here they always forget to add everything I have asked for. Never put the caramel in my drink or syrups that I asked for. Very frustrating!!

I must say, worst time of the year to have computer issues or your baristas just didn't want to help, but was unable to get Christmas gift cards at this location because of "connectivity issues all week" . . . Someone might want to look into that during prime giftcarding season . Welp . Guess everyone in my life will be getting Dunkin Donuts and Marylou's !
