I have got to say, I don’t often leave reviews but the service at this Starbucks is unmatched. It’s a drive thru Starbucks - so the expectations for service wouldn’t necessarily be there. But! They all are so friendly and considerate. Every time I go here, they are always so nice! And this place was PACKED today with drive thru’s and indoor patrons and they were all working as fast and efficient as they could with a smile. Honestly, give everyone here a raise!
I had a really great experience here and I want to thank Kayla. I was having a bad day and she made it so much better. Also, the vibe here was very warm and welcoming. I noticed the staff remembered their regulars' orders and everyone was smiling and joking. Much needed today when I was under the weather. Thank you!
Only reason this isn’t a 1 star is Starbucks is awesome. This location however I get to the window say thank you as I’m handed my drink and the only interaction the server gave me was a dirty look. No “thank you”. No “have a nice a day”. Nothing. Terrible service and the look was disgusting. If you manage/own this branch get rid of the workers that don’t want to deal with people.
