Wish I could give zero stars. Incredibly rude staff members who were visibly annoyed/frustrated that I was ordering two sandwiches, shop is visibly not tidy, and employee claimed faucet for handwashing non operational which is highly concerning and should be, if not already, a health code violation. Sandwiches are certainly not worth the price given limited amount of food provided and the customer service severely lacking. Lack of respect for paying customers is comical. Would recommend going to any other sub place.

I don’t know the Indian ladies name but I was DoorDashing and she refused to give me the order until I confirmed it. The only issue with this situation is that now DoorDash is requesting drivers take a picture of the receipt before they can confirm it. She starts being rude and saying I’m being aggressive and I’m being patient even offered to show it to her, before leaving the store.she then said she would report me. I just want them to be more aware and kinder.

I had a horrible experience at this location. The owner and manager were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Instead of addressing my concerns or offering any assistance, they were dismissive and condescending. It’s hard to believe that a business would treat customers this way. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other options where you’ll be treated with respect.

If the store opens at 9:00am is at 9:00am, is not proffesional to START cleaning and preparing everything at the same 9:00am. Your staff is doing something wrong here and need to get checked out. Thanks. And obviosly try to not come here staff not proffesional.

The vegetables were wilting and the bread was clearly stale. The meats were hidden behind a metal barrier, so who knows what was going on there. I would avoid this location.

Went in to buy a BLT on my work break, asked for ranch instead of mayo. The guy working added mayo, and when I told him it was no mayo, he claimed to make me a new sandwich. I watched him just add more ranch to my sandwich. The sandwich itself was just bacon, cheese mayo (and now ranch). Not what I asked for. Tried to explain the problem to the guy working and he insisted my sandwich was right. Not sure if it was just because of who was working today or what, but I was a little annoyed today.

This place is sketchy af first off why can’t you see the whole right side of the area where the meat is only can see the veggies area, Why do they always up sale me when I get the classic grilled chicken which cost 10.49 but they charge me the series which Is 13.49 I even asked once and he said I have the series and I said no I want the classic all I’m getting is the chicken and veggies total rate for customer service 0

I'm kinda bummed to see all of the negative reviews but I've had nothing but good luck at this subway, especially compared to the ones in norwood.They accept the BOGO coupons and promotions that the norwood subways don't. The subs are easily better than anything I've gotten out of either of the norwood stores.I've never ordered in line at the store - I've always ordered on the app and picked up the subs from the little rack they have next to the register. It lets you get right in and out in a matter of seconds. The worst part of the whole experience is taking your life into your hands navigating and parking and walking in that ghetto plaza's lot.The fountain machine always tastes like the mix is a little bit off but that's a subway thing across the board, not just this one so I'm not knocking a star for it, just get bottled drinks or get your drinks elsewhere.I know subway doesn't make the greatest subs out there but if you're hungry and in the mood for some "ok" subs that you can grab and go with minimal hassle then this is the subway to go to. Avoid the norwood ones if you can.
