The local Dedham, MA restaurant is tucked away in a strip mall and I rarely see anyone there but me but the staff is always very friendly, the kitchen is always meticulously clean and the food fresh. The Dedham Plaza doesn't even have the Subway sign on their street billboard out front which I find is a great disservice not only to the store but also themselves. I stopped in this location to grab myself a grilled chicken over tossed salad. The chicken had absolutely no flavor and was just very rubbery. The veggies including the lettuce were in need of replacement. I asked for extra dressing got charged for extra dressing but never recieved extra dressing. I now know to look elsewhere for a simple salad .
