The food was delicious but they didn't have any KNIVES in the entire restaurant. I asked the woman behind the counter and she went in the back. She could not find one in the entire restaurant. I ate with two forks.

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but when I tell you I had a horrible experience here, I MEAN it. I have been to this location twice, second being this evening. I chose to order online using the sweetgreen app, and it said that my order would be complete by 7pm. When I showed up to pick it up, there was only 1-2 people in line and at least 5 employees. Even still, I didn’t recieve my order until 7:25pm when I was forced to speak with an employee about it. Horrible customer service, the employees have no urgency whatsoever and aren’t apologetic under any terms (like I mentioned before I am usually super patient when it comes to ordering at food places). My order was left out on the counter and completely disregarded and the employee still forgot dressing (which I had to come back for). Same issue occurred for several others that ordered online in the store. Extremely disappointed and WILL NOT be coming back.

Drinks were very good, but the cups were awful. They were so flimsy that when I put a cap on it crushed the cup and spilled the drink everywhere. The paper straws are just gross, just use real straws.

Frist time ever going to a Sweetgreens and I'd go again .Great fixings and awesome bowls. And they put in generous portions. So I had plenty to eat for breakfast and it still fresh and delicious. So run on down to your Sweet greens restaurant you will be glad you did . It great for your body.

I love it here! I have recently become an addict 👀 I have even brought friends here for food and brought my husband some as well!! I love the healthy options and workers are nice and patient!
Bowls are premade but you can swap out / alter (add or remove) things for other options. Prices are good too!

I brought an out-of-town guest to sweet dreams on the recommendation of my sister who eats there at least once a week! AJ was our preparer. They were fantastic. Confirmed all of our request and even gave us a suggestion when we told him that we wanted easy dressing, lol
The food was fresh and tasty. I’m surprised they don’t compost food waste as well but nonetheless, I’m happy to know that they use compostable containers.

The Sweetgreen at Legacy Place rarely has orders ready on time, even when placed ahead. I almost always end up waiting. The food is fine, but the music is way too loud, which makes it less enjoyable.
