Came here for lunch. Restaurant smelt very clean and it shows! Sean, our server was great! Seemed like he was a manager or something but if he’s not he definitely should be! Very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. I’ve been coming to this location for years and I’m so glad to see it hasn’t changed a bit!

The atmosphere was okay. Disappointed that I saw a waitstaff cleaning the table but never cleaned all the trash that was under the table.Ordered bone-in garlic parmesan chicken, a whisky rib fried shrimp with load mashed potatoes and a house salad, and the bacon cheeseburger and fries. Everything was good besides the ribs and loaded mashed potatoes. The ribs were overcooked I asked for extra sauce to try and discard the lack of meat and was charged extra. My loaded mashed potatoes only had cheese and bacon on them. That was also dry I asked for butter to try and make it better. While eating another waitstaff came to check on my table and talked about her hands while I was requesting drink refills and the sauce and butter for my food.

We use to eat at Fridays all the time years ago. I ordered chicken nuggets and my husband ordered fried fish. The food tasted like it was frozen and then warmed up. It was awful. Not fresh at all. The server was very good . We spent $50.oo there and it was not worth it. The salad was good but that was it. Don’t recommend.

We went to eat at 6:15pm and we left at 6:50 because no one acknowledged our presence. They did not even took our drink orders. I went to tell them we were leaving, and the waiter simply just said ok.

FOR THOSE THAT ARE ASKING NO THIS PLACE DIDN'T REFUND ME NOR REACH OUT!!!! I don't even know where to start...... When me and my family got there no one was there to greet us we had to wait. When somebody finally did come to see me and my family the booth we were put at was filthy and the seat was broken. At this point I'm ready to leave but I can't because I have hungry kids with me. Salt pepper ketchup everything empty at the table and I noticed empty at all the other tables. When the food finally came out piece by piece strawberry lemonade trash. The Sprite tastes just like sodea water. The plates look like they were for toddlers. The potatoes look like they've been sitting out from the last...... Mashed potatoes supposed to be white not Brown. The place was empty and now I see why. We really tried to make the best of it until our stomachs started to hurt. My daughter threw up the crispy sushi stuff they had. NEVER GOING BACK AND I SUGGEST JUST EVERYONE TO KEEP DRIVING IF YOU EVER SEE THIS PLACE. THE PLACE IS SO EMPTY Y'ALL SHOULD HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO CLEAN. BATHROOMS JUST AS NASTY. CLEARLY THEY'RE NOT LISTENING TO NONE OF THESE REVIEWS BECAUSE NOTHING HAS CHANGED AND I WISHED I SEEN THE REVIEWS BEFORE I CAME WITH MY FAMILY. YOU'RE BETTER OFF GOING TO MCDONALD'S. Oct 12, 2013 me and my husband came here to eat. Waited for someone to come take us to be seated which took 15 minutes. We order appetizers it was very good. For some reason they rush you to order your entree when you order your appetizers. When entrees came out my food was so horrible I ordered the steak with shrimp. The steak did not taste like steak the meat had so my fat I had to keep spitting it in a napkin. I told the waiter the food was horrible only thing she could say is that she was sorry instead of offering me something else. I just put the plate to the side. This is the funny part. I put my card on the table mind you we was waiting on the waiter to bring the check for 20 minutes while I was watching her at a table playing on her phone she came to the table took the dishes and I thought she took the debit card as she seen it on the table. When she came she brought the receipt. Me and my husband left and the owner came out and said are you going to pay the bill I said I had the card on the table I thought she took it . I went back inside to get my card and the waiter had the nerve to want me to tip her after making mistakes the whole time. This place has definitely fell apart.

First we were left there for a while waiting to be greeted and for someone to take our drinks and when the server finally showed up she looked like she couldn't be bothered. So, much so that I had to wave to her and the other server at their station, to get their attention because she had totally forgotten my wife's second drink.The place wasn't even full. I wonder why?And the service was so slow and poor.

Great value. Chill atmosphere. The staff is super. It's cool for an afterwork drink or a fun family dinner. When you visit here just remember it is not fast food. At the end of the day why are rushing so much anyway?

Got boneless chicken but it was more like boneless batter with no chicken. Just gross and the bartender acted like I was bothering her by coming in for lunch. Even the soda tasted flat. Just bad all over. Every 5 years I give Fridays a shot and some times they have made great improvements but not this time. Please stay away.
WOW. Absolutely awful. Rude server, felt as if we were a huge inconvenience. Rushed us, to order apps/drinks after making us sit for 10 minutes unattended. Took the drink order, and the app order, then we sat for another 7 minutes watching her walk around, talking laughing and paying us no mind. When she finally returned, slamming our cups down she had an an attitude taking our order. Never checked in on us once the apps were dropped, and when she dropped the entrées she didn’t ask if we needed more drink, or if we needed anything else for that matter. The food was awful, cold and dry. Chicken Alfredo had almost no chicken, the sauce was cold and the pasta and broccoli was wet and soggy. The chicken breast dinner was dry, the rice was sticky but the cucumber salad was delicious. She never checked on us for that portion of the meal either because she was too busy sitting 3 booths behind us with the TOGO girl eating, laughing, joking etc. We had nothing to drink from the time we finished our apps to the time she finally brought the check. A plate full of food should have been enough of a signal to inquire about any possible issues but no, she dropped the check, took the plates ran the cards and that was all. No refills on drinks, no dessert, not even a “how was everything.” Now believe me, as a restaurant manager myself I know servers can have bad days, but it was ever so apparently clear that this is how she is on a normal shift and she really just rather be hanging out with her friends rather then doing her job.

Even after we kindky asked to come to our table, we were just ignored and left. Also its worth to know that the place was empty when we visited. I would recommend visiting Yard House instead.

The worst attention ever!!I rated one star because I couldn’t rate it less.We waited 25 minutes at the table for a waiter that saw us and did not even approach our table to take our order. We stood up and left the restaurant and they didn’t even care.
