We rarely go out on Valentine's Day. We much prefer staying home and enjoying a cozy, home-cooked meal. But since the “holiday” fell on a Saturday this year, we decided to make a luncheon reservation at The Capital Grille and we are so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, it was a lovely dining experience. The restaurant was festive and elegant, decorated with balloons and roses throughout. They offered their standard luncheon menu, along with the full dinner menu and Valentine's Day specials. We began with our favorite appetizer, the lobster crab cake, served with homemade aioli and a grilled lemon. I enjoyed a field greens salad followed by the most perfectly cooked roasted chicken breast, nestled atop a creamy mushroom and asparagus risotto. My Valentine chose a tender filet mignon, accompanied by a side of béarnaise sauce and whipped mashed potatoes. We were delighted to be treated to complimentary chocolate-covered strawberries, and we shared a crème brûlée with a perfectly crisp caramelized top and fresh berries. To end the meal on an especially thoughtful note, a single long-stem red rose was presented...an elegant touch that made this Valentine's Day luncheon truly memorable. Our server, Ben, was friendly, informative, and never intrusive. His warmth and sense of humor complemented an already enjoyable experience.

It's never less than a 4 or 5 star experience at Capital Grill each time I eat there. I took my mommy out and we had a blast! Our waitress Piya was amazing and attentive. The food and drinks: Top Tier. The whole ambience was nice and just overall a serene dinner experience with my favorite girl.

First, Michael our server was extraordinary. He was attentive, knowledgeable and just an absolute rock start. Food was excellent. What was not excellent was the wait for our table. This continues to be a struggle at Capital Grille locations. We were seated 20 minutes after our 7:45 reservation. It is a tight space to wait and thus just takes away from the high end experience. This is why I do not frequent CG like I used to. At other locations, had the same issues and even longer waits past my reservation time.

Very good experience. Nice quiet table. We ordered 2 filet's. They were cooked perfectly. The side of asparagus was delicious. Dedham is always a consistent Capital Grille to go to.

The staff went out of their way to celebrate my husband's birthday. They provided us with a tray of desserts, along with a champagne toast on the house ! The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Highly recommend.
