We have been to this location many times. The food is great and on par with what you except at any friendly toast location.
A bit loud especially if there are a lot of kids there, but you can always talk, so not too bad.
The problem is that you always have to have a reservation or you will wait around 20 to 40 minutes and even with a reservation you will be lucky if you get seated within 5 minutes if your party is 4 or more people. Also parking here is insane unless you go direct into the parking garage and head to the second floor directly and aren't very picky about getting a spot near an elevator.
The other thing that is they don't bring you water when you sit and it's also hard sometimes to find your server for a refill. That is a thing I always look for at a good restaurant.
But other than those minor things, its a reliable place to go for brunch or lunch at legacy place as long as you are prepared. That's why we keep coming back.

The bartendar and overall the atmosphere was great. I went on a Wednesday, it wasnt crowded, a good amount of people. The food was good, as well as the mimosa flights. Theee was one flight I likdbetter that the other. Will come again.

The food wasn’t the best it definitely doesn’t taste like the first time I went a few years ago. I think the most upsetting thing was paying an extra $1.75 for additional syrup and it’s not like the free syrup that comes with the meal can barely cover one pancake and they give you two decent size pancakes the pancakes weren’t the best … and I didn’t touch the eggs the cheese was barely melted the choices of the flights were fun I tried the fall assortment They charged for the butter on my pancakes $1.00 and they charged for the whip cream $1.00 I felt like they should’ve asked because I don’t even like whip cream don’t think as a brunch place you should charge extra for the syrup we ended up just taking the French toast home to use our own personal syrup instead being charge for an additional one idk if I would be going back anytime soon

First time here. Friendly people working there. The restaurant was clean and had a cute vibe. I ordered Pam’s Breakfast Burrito. It was Soo good! Melty and delicious. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the peppery potatoes that came with it were dry. Ok. Ketchup was provided, but they were a little hard so maybe they were just fried a little too long? Still I Will return there and to any one of their locations and maybe order a Different side.

I used to loooove friendly toast but hadn't been in about a year. the experience was absolutely terrible. the food wasn’t good, the menu has drastically gotten smaller and my favorite item (snap, crackle, cluck) is now gone and replaced for a boring classic chicken sandwich. I got the classic chicken sandwich in the hopes that they just changed the name but the butter on the bun tasted rancid and the sandwich was just boring/bad to begin with. I didn’t even like my fries. They were stale. The only thing i liked on that plate was my pickle sphere. My friend got the friendly toast benny and got half the amount of breakfast potatoes on the side that they normally would’ve put in the past. The ketchup on our table was basically empty and tasted weird. I didn’t like the maple lemon spritz And it was $10. My friend ordered a side of pickled onions and it was rancid! Our server tried it and said something was off. Then he said he brought it to the kitchen, they tried it, and spat it out. That’s disgusting. they thankfully took that item off the bill.
I looked up if they sold their company but apparently they hadn’t. this experience was terrible and I don’t think I’ll be going back. The bill was also extremely expensive… $75 for 2 people at a brunch place!!! It was especially expensive for the quality and quantity of the food.
Only good experience was our server. He was funny and down to earth.

This place is an amazing breakfast spot. Fast service, hospitality is on point, and great food. In the weekends definitely make a reservation as this is a popular place. During the week you can just walk in and be seated immediately.

They had other items on the menu besides breakfast, I wish I had the stomach to try it all!

Run of the mill breakfast. Higher priced than i think its worth. Some more creative options on the menu than other establishments. I think the decor is more for kids. Alcohol options so the adults can tolerate it😂. Very happy with my server. She was a tall brunette with a pony tail. Food came fast.
Was visiting town for the game and stopped by for brunch on a Sunday. I’d recommend a yelp reservation as it was very busy. The vibe is very upbeat and colorful. The food was good even though my pancakes were an overcooked. The service was good but it took like 35-40min to get our food which was a little long.

Food taste was not worth the prices paid. Always a super long wait list on weekends and it’s not worth it. Same mall right outside Whole Foods go to 50s diner instead their wait is worth it. But our waitress was very nice!
