PLEASE FIRE YOUR GENERAL MANAGER JEROME!!! I frequent this UNO almost weekly and had a DISGUSTING exchange with him after NOBODY was at the front desk for a whileeee when I was there. This honestly happens a lot which is another reason I will never be back. I always get the same thing so when I went to grab my order he suddenly came running out yelling at me telling me I can’t go grab my food. When I asked him why nobody was at the front desk he said I needed to wait and when I told him I was waiting he tried to say he was “coming”. All lies and gaslighting. Absolutely nobody acknowledged me and told me they’ll be with me shortly. The front desk was absolutely vacant. When I called them out for their lack of customer service, he insisted I needed to wait and would not acknowledge the fact that I WAS waiting patiently. He even said “what the hell” during our exchange. He is disgustingly unprofessional and needs to be fired ASAP. I will unfortunately NEVER EVER be back and hope all the good workers there find better establishments to work at with more capable management.

I am disabled senior who has a speech disorder and I’m constantly being discriminated against at the store in Dedham I ordered over the phone. I did not get what I ordered . I every i go to the store I treat with disrespect and I don’t understand why I normally don’t download an app unless i am loyal to that company but the discrimination of the store is gotta stop. I guess I’ll have to find A pizza restaurant where can be respect. Can recommend a pizza restaurant? I walked in one day and I was totally ignored, even though my order sitting on the shelf, why why is the store the only problem where they discriminating against people unless you have unless this store is doing so good that you don’t need business Every customer that walks in your door helps keeps the lights on. I guess your employee don’t understand that I asked this to be treated With dignity and respect is that too much to ask I show your staff total respect every time I walk to the door. I wish I could just get it back. I have mobility issues Today’s order was a total disaster, Why?
