Shawna the manager/owner as she told me is a very disrespectful person .Horrible experience after we had the reception there for a funeral. She needs some classes in how to treat customers and controlling her temper. The rest of the staff was great. Unfortunately, I will never go there for an event again. It's a shame. I've been going there for years for events never once had a problem.

We are from out of state and stopped in because we were all hungry. The food was amazing the service was amazing! The staff were very personable welcoming and wonderful to interact with! If we are ever in town again we will be back!

My family held a luncheon here recently following my mother's funeral. Everything (the food, the service, the atmosphere, etc.) exceeded expectations. The event manager (Shawna) was great.... when we realized we grossly underestimated the number of people attending, Shawna worked with the cook and staff to be sure we had enough delicious food for everyone. In addition, when we asked what time we needed to leave, we were told we could stay as long as we wanted. I would highly recommend Waterford's for a function or just a dinner out.

Place was mostly empty on a Friday evening at 6:30. Quesadillas pretty lousy. Service is ok. Needs a new chef.

Very lively at 6pm on a Saturday.this was a top notch experience with locals on the bar who know great banter.. I'm so picky when It comes to fried chicken tenders but damn the fresh tenders where just that. Fresh juicy and crispy. 10 out of 10 recommend.

My family held a luncheon here following a family member's funeral. The staff could not have been more accommodating. We did not encounter a single issue. The catering manager (Shawna) anticipated all of our needs, and the bartender and waitstaff could not have been nicer.
The food was perfect (baked stuffed chicken was amazing!) After the event I received many compliments on the meal and the venue.
One of the draws for us was that the restaurant has ample parking in their lot. There are several other restaurants in the area, but with some mobility issues for some family members, having a parking lot vs. on street parking was key.
Although it was a sad day for all of us, Waterford's did a wonderful job and made our day just that much easier. Thank you.
