Very lively at 6pm on a Saturday.this was a top notch experience with locals on the bar who know great banter.. I'm so picky when It comes to fried chicken tenders but damn the fresh tenders where just that. Fresh juicy and crispy. 10 out of 10 recommend.

My family held a luncheon here following a family member's funeral. The staff could not have been more accommodating. We did not encounter a single issue. The catering manager (Shawna) anticipated all of our needs, and the bartender and waitstaff could not have been nicer.
The food was perfect (baked stuffed chicken was amazing!) After the event I received many compliments on the meal and the venue.
One of the draws for us was that the restaurant has ample parking in their lot. There are several other restaurants in the area, but with some mobility issues for some family members, having a parking lot vs. on street parking was key.
Although it was a sad day for all of us, Waterford's did a wonderful job and made our day just that much easier. Thank you.

Stopped in for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The service was pleasant and prompt. The three cheese cheeseburger was absolutely delicious with crispy cheesy edges and a fresh grilled bun. The tomato bisque was flavorful. We also ordered a Cubano which was also delicious. Will definitely recommend and will be back when we are in the area.

I guess we stopped by on a "live music" night, which was a women just singing with ipad music, who was overall good but it was soo loud. Like way too loud, our server couldn't hear us nor could we hear each other a foot away. My salmon was undercooked in the middle and my sisters haddock was cold. It was so loud we couldn't even let the server know as he couldn't hear us anyway and had already messed up her meal, giving her the wrong thing. Plus we just wanted to get out of there. Buffalo wings were good and the server kept our waters full. Would I give it another chance, possibly as long as it was not a loud music night and we order anything but seafood.

DONT EVER GO HERE: If i could give zero stars i would. This restaurant is a nightmare. I spoke to 2 or 3 different managers in regards to a refund for my HORRIBLE meal and HORRIBLE service and they keep giving me the run around saying to call this number, call that number, someone will reach out to you. Nobody has called me even after i was told i would receive a full refund for my awful experience. AND I WILL NOT DELETE MY REVIEW UNTIL I AM ISSUED MY REFUND THAT I WAS PROMISED
We decided to try Waterford's to celebrate our anniversary. I hadn't been there since it first opened after the Old Irish Ale House closed. We were pleasantly surprised! The food and service are excellent. I ordered the grilled shrimp with yummy rice. My husband had the shepherd's pie. Both were delicious. They have a sangria that is so good. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. If you can get a table by the river, even better. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and perfect Baked Haddock dinner. Very responsive bar staff! They used to have Harp on tap but Sam Adams Lager was a top notch alternative. Highly recommend stopping in to enjoy the ambiance and views of the Charles River from the main bar!!! 5 Stars ❤️

I hadn't been here in several years - came here a few times while kayaking the Charles. My husband and I were looking for some impromptu lunch, aware that it being Mothers Day that might be a little challenging. I'm really glad we were in the area and came to Waterford's!
They were wrapping up the buffet but were really cool about letting us have a look at that and if we wanted something else they would ask the kitchen if we could order off the menu. I don't eat meat so the buffet was slim pickins, but would have made it work if they couldn't accommodate us. But they could! Yay. We sat at the bar and had a couple beers.
I got the black bean burger which was wicked good - the bun was toasted which gave it an extra nice crunch. The fries are steak fries! Can't remember the last time I saw steak fries. These were great - crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside.
My husband got pork chops with veg and mashed potatoes along with a side salad. He really enjoyed it.
I've always loved the atmosphere here, with its open feel, copious natural light, and dark wood furniture. And the service is great, very warm and friendly. Give it a try! Thanks, Waterford's.

Only had buffalo chicken wings, was there more for drinks. Sat at the bar. The male bartender was annoyed with us from the get-go. Pretty sure he rolled his eyes when we tried to get his attention so we could order another drink. There was a female bartender that might have been a manager(?), she was very nice. Told us about the live music and almost seemed like she was trying to compensate for her male coworker. Wings were okay, kinda burnt and not a ton of meat on them. Anyway we only stayed for the wings and two drinks and decided to go somewhere else to watch the game.
