Came in Sunday afternoon for some football and a couple of non-alcoholic beers. They’ve ran out of non-alcoholic beer. Same thing happened a month ago and a month before that. Whoever is in charge of ordering in this place needs to be fired.

Food is great. Service sucks. Placed a pick up order over an hour ago and was still waiting. When I walked in girl in the front said they were packaging it. Waited for an hour. Checked with the hostess who asked if I needed help after telling her I placed an order for pickup over an hour ago she stated I don’t work take out I can’t help with that with a snobby attitude. Okay?? So ask someone who does work takeout. The first girl who helped came back and said we’re waiting on the fries. Sounds weird…first they were packaging everything up and now we’re still waiting on the fries??

First time and likely my only visit. Average bar food of pizza, wings, fries, salad, nachos etc. Very loud atmosphere. Drink was a glass full of ice with little else. Great for beer lovers and kids. Our party orderd pork chop meal, shrimp & chicken pad thai & chicken tenders. The tenders were fresh, moist and perfectly crisp. That is all I can say about the food. My friend would not order the pork chop meal again. I on the other hand will not visit the Yard House again. Nothing special here.

Note... there were only 7 other people in the establishment for customers, and maybe just as many staff members working (well on the clock, idk about working).
Came here for the first time last week, after a friend recommended it. The food was good, but not for the price on the menu when comparing to other establishments. My main complaint... my waitress. It took ten minutes minimum after putting our menus down for her to notice us. She was only helping one other table, and when they left, she disappeared into the kitchen, where I could still see her standing talking. She came to our table only twice, and when we were waiting to get our food boxed, it took almost 20 MINUTES for her to come back to our table.
There was a man bussing the tables next to us, asked him if we could get a box, he said he would ask our waitress. Still took almost 10 minutes after the fact for her to even come.
Disappointed. If the service is this sloppy and lazy during quiet hours, I cant imagine what it would be like when its busy. Unfortunately, I'll never know because I wont be coming back, and will tell others to avoid this spot as well. Do better, Yard House.

First time but not the last. Enjoyed a shared crispy calamari appetizer. Lunch was the Korean BBQ Cheesesteak. Spicy but not overwhelming. Service was most attentive by Roland. Hostess was most personable. See you all again soon.
