DO NOT LET VANESSA MAKE YOUR DRINKS OR YOUR FOOD. Every morning my fiance and I get our coffee/hot chocolate from this location and EVERYTIME Vanessa makes our order it’s wrong. Yeah getting an order wrong every once in a while that’s an accident, but EVERY SINGLE TIME that just makes me feel like she does it on purpose or that she just doesn’t care about what people actually want and just makes it however she feels like making it.Now for the Dunkin as a whole, besides maybe 2 or 3 employees the customer service is terrible. Most of the employees there in the morning will just stand there screaming at each other in Spanish ( you can hear them all the way across the store when your standing at the circle k coolers) while ignoring customers waiting to have their orders taken. DONNA and RICHARD are the ONLY employees that take the time to make orders correctly. Everyone else stands there on their phones. They have order screens but always have to ask u a million times how you like your order made and then still make it wrong .

It always hits the spot! That being said, I wish Dunkin had the same type of ambiance as their competition. They miss the mark on the little things, but the coffee saves them.

Bagel minis were burnt on top and omelet bites were barely lukewarm and tasted burnt even though those weren’t. Maybe the toaster isn’t clean? Either way, not going to this DD again.

Fresh hot coffee, who could ask for anything more? The young lady at the counter was kind enough to take our Yeti mugs to refill. Saves cups and lids. Saves them money, and one day, perhaps everyone will use a reusable stainless steel coffee mug.

This dunkin will consistently mess up your order, and make you late for work. Why have 7 employees if they’re all standing around talking with a lobby full of customers? Why have screens with customer orders on them if you’re just going to ask each customer to repeat their order? A joke of a Dunkin.

It took upwards of 15 minutes for them to incorrectly make 2 iced coffees. Had we been waiting for hot food it was pushing 30 minutes.There was no sense of hustle among the employees. It is also maddening to see mobile orders come in during our wait time after the order was placed and somehow be filled first.To say this crew was incompetent would still be over complimentary to my experience.

The app tripled charged me yesterday and the manager who knows me, I work in the gas station dunkin is in. The manager would not just give me another coffee. I paid almost 10 dollars for 2 regular large coffees. I was so embarrassed. Richard the manager you should be ashamed for the way you treated me especially since the dunkin app and store hours posted are wrong and I've had to deal with dunkins crazy mad customers. They can't get over to the dunkin to complain. There's a barrier.
