Dangerous Negligence — Got a Second-Degree Burn
Unbelievable. I didn’t just get a bad meal — I got scalding hot food handed to me with NO box, NO bag, NO protection whatsoever, and now I have a second-degree burn. My skin is literally peeling because of their absolute carelessness. How is this allowed?! How does a restaurant think it’s okay to physically injure customers?
This is not “oops” — this is reckless, dangerous, and completely unforgivable. Basic common sense says you don’t serve molten-hot food straight into someone’s hands, yet apparently customer safety means NOTHING here. I walked away in pain, blistering, and furious because this place can’t be bothered to do the absolute minimum to prevent harm.
This isn’t bad service — it’s a hazard. A restaurant that can’t serve food safely shouldn’t exist. I will NEVER go back, and anyone reading this should think twice before risking their health here. Completely disgusting, completely irresponsible, and shameful beyond words.

Best deal for food in town, prices about a third less than in North Amherst. Friendly people, Mario has been in town for decades. Highly recommended.

I cannot tell you how great this place is it’s just phenomenal. You order a grinder for $10. You can’t finish it. It’s excellent. You can go down the street. They charge you $15 for the same grinder or you go to Amherst and they give you one piece of meat Tomatoes that are sliced paper thin one piece of lettuce is disgusting. You go to holiday pizza you get one of the best grinders in the world and they’re all really nice people that work there. I’m telling you right now it’s the best pizza grinder shop in Western mass.

Nice little pizza place at first I was very skeptical about going in. I didn’t think it was gonna be very good just because of location and the way the staff looked but I was wrong. Staff was typical pizza joint was typical, but the food was actually very very good wasn’t burnt cooked. Perfect I’ll definitely try again.

Restaurantji Recommends
Probably the worst pizza i've ever had. A crusty layer of cheese sits on a sweet red sauce and a crispy cookie like crust. This is not pizza
