Primo's is a gem. $5 (after tip!) still gets you a slice and a soda. Their pizza is pretty solid too: crispy, chewy, flavorful crust, not soggy or greasy, with a decent sauce and reasonable toppings. This a good spot for a quick grab-and-go lunch. The dining room is clean and open, and service is quick.

I ordered a burger medium well and it practically melted in my mouth. The name of this burger "It Is a Primo Burger". I ordered Onion RIngs with it and everything was well complimented. The service was top-notched and the whole restaurant atmosphere was relaxing. I am going back to this place soon. Give it try and you won't be disappointed.

The food is amazing! We ate there a year ago and the food was so good that we couldn’t wait to come back this year. We dined there tonight and they did not disappoint! Lobster ravioli with shrimp and scallops was the best I ever had. It was gourmet restaurant quality and excellent price. My husbands burger was great and my daughters pasta, she raved about. High quality food for great prices. Can’t wait to go up again!

The guy over the phone was awesome and very polite the food is delicious only small thing is i wish my delivery person had actually brought me the food instead of me having to go all the way to the lobby for it but other then that I'd say great place would definitely recommend spending your money

I was disappointed. We ordered wings and the primo pizza. The wings were overcooked, dry and kind of hard and the pizza had no Italian seasoning or any flavor. The pizza was too bland for us. Maybe they had a bad day.

I work at a preschool down the road and we often order from here for lunch. Everything we get, EVERY TIME, is absolutely delicious. From their subs to their burritos to their salad- incredible and reasonably priced. Best grilled chicken Caesar salad I’ve had. Lettuce is never brown or wilted, always seems to be made fresh. The gentleman at the counter is very kind and friendly and welcoming. 10/10 recommend!!!!
My boyfriend and I walked in around 8pm, an hour before they close. My boyfriend (very nicely) asked if they had any slices left. The guy working didn’t even look at us and proceeded to say “no we ran out. It’s Friday night.” He was SO rude. His attitude was atrocious. I’m not usually the kind of person to complain, but there is absolutely no excuse to treat customers like that. We didn’t end up getting anything. I’ve had pizza here before and it was good, but it was the same guy working and he was rude before too.

We stopped in while we were in Massachusetts....never been here before but the food was VERY good....service was AWESOME and needless to say we will probably drive an hour just for lunch again!
They messed up the order, had to make 2 different trips cuz thet forgot the main thing "the calzone" in the box, and when I got it, it was the wrong one, then they said they "would make it right" then charged me full price again, no discount and nothing free. Didn't even eat the calzone they gave me before, it was BAD. And the "HOT" buffalo wings where just regular, they messed up even that 2. Stay away. Might be local but 2 other pizza places right next to it are 10x better.

Clean up your staff !Your desk help is rude and immature, and it's extremely frustrating, having to place and order with this kid ! You are not suppose to moan and whine in a customers ear because they ask a question.. WORST service I've ever seen at Primos in 9 years and to be honest, I'm very embarrassed for them ! Covid really hurt this place, it hasn't been the same since they lost BEN .It's getting harder to come back each time.CLEAN UP YOUR STAFF PRIMOS ! It matters !
