It’s a family tradition to have a yearly breakfast here during syrup season, and we initiated a 3rd generation this past weekend. Always delicious, family friendly, and fun to see how the syrup is made.
Can be busy, but we did not wait long
Classic sugar house in an updated location. I’ve been going to the William’s family sugar house for 50 years back when it was on my parents street as Mt Toby sugar house. Today I had a nice pancake breakfast with the family, finishing with sugar on snow. They do need a bigger dining area - a lot of people hovering waiting for tables which takes a bit of fun away: But as a fellow small business owner I can say that’s a better dilemma to have than too few customers!
Great food! Sugar on snow on point !
To many people in Booth's to long pl doing there home work
Cute sugar shack. We sat next to the woodburning stove which added to the cozy atmosphere. All the food was good. Blueberry pancake was a good size, French toast was nicely cooked on the outside and soft on the inside, bacon was cooked well, and waffle was yummy too.
Do yourself a favor and get the sour cream donut with maple frosting. If you're not so into sweet then just get a sour cream donut, it's got a great texture and flavor. That was my favorite part. We went on opening day and everything was smooth. I appreciated it being open on a Friday since in theory it'd be less busy than a weekend.
I don't know what they do to their pancakes, but they're my favorite - it's so hard to wait for sugaring season!
I’ve tried maple syrups from all over the US and Canada, and this is the best syrup I’ve come across.
Great food, great staff, great maple syrup. The lack of a system for seating ruins what could be a great experience though. With limited seating to begin with, arriving guests will come in and poach a just emptied table before other guests can sit, who have been waiting for a while. We had to stand around with our three kids, while holding our food and wait for a table to open up.
Really good food, cotton candy and maple cream!!

Excellent prices and quality foods
Best sugar house in the area. Service is friendly and quick moving. The pancakes and waffles are top notch and the maple cotton candy is scrumptious.
Delicious pancakes and waffles and donuts! Blueberry pancakes, whole wheat pancakes...all great. Get 'em while you can! Maple season in New England a fun annual tradition.
