The owner and the manager and waitresses were very rude very unprofessional.My daughter in-law went there 2 years ago said the service and food was great My son and daughter in-law and I went there on Saturday 11-8-2025 It was about 15 or 20 minutes to order then when we did order we waited over 1hour 15 minutes to eat the food was luke, warm. Went there with our two Grandkids at 11:30 on a Wednesday. After an hour waiting for our meals, we questioned the waitress why it was taking so long and she said she would check. She never returned. There was a gentleman leaning against the service counter, assuming he was the owner so we flagged him over and asked him why we haven’t got our meals and that we had been waiting for an hour. Went to Yankee Candle then needed to eat! This place was a little over a mile away . What a gold mine!! Easy to get to .. great parking! Excellent service.. felt welcome the minute we stepped in the door. Food was delish at great prices!! The fries? Wow , crisp and hot through our meal. Definitely will be back!! I ordered the Commodore Sandwich.. one of their signature ones!
