There are not a lot of options for a wintery Tuesday lunch. I found Wolfie's to be understaffed and the food was mediocre. The one waitress had to cover every table. It seems there were quite a few regulars there, which says to me that there are days when it is better on some days.

Food is fine, pretty basic and nothing fancy. Pretty much a family style restaurant with friendly staff. Can be painfully slow, over an hour wait our last visit for really pretty basic food. No acknowledgement from the staff during the very excessive wait, or offer of anything such as chips or bread. Hard to trust we can go on their with a child, a lot to ask for kids to wait so long.
Hadn't been here for years, but stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon after a horrible experience at a nearby restaurant. We sat at the bar and had excellent service (Matt) and a great choice of food. We were all 3 happy with our meals and looking forward to going back.
