What an intelligent, creative and delicious meal we had. The elements and courses were so well composed and orchestrated. All of the courses were excellent and stood out and with that said perhaps the 1st course oyster and the foie gras tart took the prize for us. The wine pairings were with perhaps one exception were spot on. Our primary server who had a pleasing personality was impeccable with service and her wine knowledge. As it turns out a sous chef was having his first night on the floor as wait staff and on 3 occasions pulled a plate before someone was finished eating and when he brought the amuse bouche desert he dropped them all on the table and because they were prepared to an exact count we were deprived of that deliciousness. There are 2 seatings, 5:30 and 8:00 and it would have been very nice to have more time at our table.

As previously stated this restaurant is a cut above every other restaurant on Cape Cod. As a year-round Cape Cod resident many of the restaurants here charge higher prices than this restaurant and offer a significantly lower quality product. This is an experience that if you haven't had you definitely should take the time to do so! I cannot say enough about this phenomenal restaurant but really words leave a lot to be desired and you need to experience it yourself.

Loved it and have already told so many people about the experience. It's hard to get into but very much worth the wait Lovely that it is on the Cape and no drive over the bridge

This is a fantastic culinary experience that I Highly recommend to any gourmet connoisseur to try. We have been there twice, and I am excited to get there next year ASAP. Everything is an absolute art dish which makes me dream when back. Super exceptional restaurant, people and atmosphere. One positive challenge very difficult to get reservations.

Excellent experience. Dining is small and large plates (tapas style) meant to be shared. The restaurant recommends ordering you selections up front and they will pace the delivery, which worked well for us. The plate choices change regularly based upon ingredient availability and season. The chef's creations are wonderful. There wasn't a plate we didn't enjoy. The selection of wines were primarily European and paired well with the food. Staff was very attentive and interactive.

The food and service were outstanding. We were seated at the bar. I would have preferred a table but not real big deal. Every dish recommended was better than the last. The bread was amazing but if you are a west coaster it is not really a sourdough. It was delish regardless. My favorites were the foie gras and the roasted duck confit
