This what should be a three star Michelin food service restaurant hidden in the quiet corner of Dennis Massachusetts. The chef Nick and wife Charlotte along with a team of pastry chef Ellen and sous chef prepare ‘angel' inspired dishes before your eyes in an open kitchen environment served to you by cherubim staff with smiles and kindness. Chef has a wonderful palate! Unusual flavors perfectly melded. Presentations attractive. Service very professional and gracious. Two negatives - background music too loud and bench seating uncomfortable.
What an intelligent, creative and delicious meal we had. The elements and courses were so well composed and orchestrated. All of the courses were excellent and stood out and with that said perhaps the 1st course oyster and the foie gras tart took the prize for us. The wine pairings were with perhaps one exception were spot on. Our primary server who had a pleasing personality was impeccable with service and her wine knowledge. As it turns out a sous chef was having his first night...
