For a few years, the place went downhill. But I gotta say, if you like Burger King, this is a good one. Now good service, no mistakes when they are making it your away! I haven't been inside for a while. Cause I go through the drive through mostly.So I don't know much about the atmosphere. They have a big fish tank in there. I'm not sure if they stock it anymore. Cause last time I was inside there was only a couple fish in it. when my kids were younger, they used to keep them occupied by looking at the fish tank while they waited for the food. You can get back for about ten bucks per person, if you're not a pig!“

“I popped in for a quick bite for lunch, and it was great! The staff were welcoming and also very funny. They were probably some of the nicest people I've met in the area. The food isn't top-notch, but it does the job. I'll cut them so slack since they just recently opened and they are figuring it all out. It is all part of the process of building a restaurant. You start somewhere and you build it up. I have seen many people go in and out of that shack over the years but I believe these owners will elevate this place and make it a place everyone will enjoy.“

“Good food, great trad session. However my wife and I were seated far away in the corner away from the musicians because of "reservations". The better tables sat vacant. I feel like we were treated like second class citizens. Not good for business. We were there two hours. Tables still vacant.“

“We went the 2nd day it was open and despite it being very busy, the staff did everything possible to make it a great experience. There was even a patron who passed out in line and the manager took charge of the situation calling the ambulance and caring for this person.

“How I wish there was a KKatie's burger in NJ! We visited while on vacation in the area. This was in the best hamburger of my life! The other 3 people said their's were awesome, but I can only speak for myself. When ordering, they ask if you want it pink inside. Otherwise, they're cooked well done. Mine was perfectly pink inside. The bacon was crispy enough to bite, but not crumbly / overdone. The burger was huge, probably close to a half pound, so go there hungry! I opted for the cole slaw side. It was creamy and delicious. Definitely made in-house. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it! Please, please open one near me!“

“We had food prepared for a retirement party tonight, and it was absolutely fantastic! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was — some even went back for thirds!

There was a great mix of options, and everything was spot-on! A few standouts were the wings, pulled pork and chicken but honestly, it was all excellent.

“Went in to pick up an ice cream sheet cake, early in the morning, for my two kids’ birthday party. The manager, Arthur, had a cake in the back that still needed to be decorated. He brought it out and invited my son to help decorate, taught him to use the icing bag, and let him pick colors and toppings to decorate with. This experience was special for my kid and Arthur went above and beyond to make it fun. Can’t speak to the food here, as I haven’t dined at this DQ, but this was an amazing and unexpected customer service experience. Thanks DQ and Arthur!

“This Burger King should be the model for all Burger King restaurants around the world.... and frankly, for all fast food joints. I have never once had a problem with any staff members. It's as if the owner hand picks the best of the best employees or creates them in a lab. The staff works hard without getting flustered while remaining friendly & courteous.
The restrooms are clean & stocked. The interior is clean, with a comfortable atmosphere & even has the classic BK fishtank.
Excellent location, parking is great & this location has fully handicapped accessibility.

“Everything we have ever had has been absolutely perfect, always! As good as everything is, you can still taste the difference when Joey is there. The passion that goes into his food, you can taste. Joey is the salt of the earth kind of human. We are fortunate to have him and the best pizza around, available to us. If you haven't tried them yet, the key lime pie and the cannoli are absolutely incredible.“

We did take out and ate them on the spot because we know they melt quickly. My tip would be if you are going to travel with them ask your server to not fill them up so much so they won’t overflow.

“I wish it was closer to my house, The burgers are fantastic and they give you a ton of fries if you want them but their coke machine sucks. If you like classic Coke like me you got to taste everybody's flavors all kinds of fruit flavors cuz it comes down the same shoot not like a regular soda fountain. I usually go next door to Chipotles and buy a Coke with their normal fountain and bring it with me. I told the manager but the idiots who own the place obviously not very picky when it comes to sodas tasting like everybody else's choice mixed with yours. If there's a drink you don't like you're going to taste it and whatever drink you try to run through it because they all run through the same spout.“

“Website says that staff are required to wear masks, no one was wearing. It took about 7 min just to start getting my order. Got my order and as soon as I arrived at my work, I noticed that they forgot to give me some itens. Call them back and ask for a refund since I cant get off of work for another 10 hours now. The excuse was that "they are too busy on Saturdays " even tho on the website shows that "not too busy at this time"! Anyways, quality on customer service is definitely worsening“
