visited Hyannis store tonight. Place was dirty. Tables not cleaned. Food was delivered mostly cold. Server dropped food off without any napkins, ask nothing about what else we might need. Overall poorly managed property. About eight people behind the counter and not that many more in the restaurant. Don't know what they all were doing. Need better manager
Just went in for a coffee shake. No line and shake was made to order.
But the kiosk to order and promotions wasn’t able to add promos that were given.
