We come here 2-3 times a year, whenever we visit the Cape. Service is always hit or miss, but this was the biggest miss we’ve ever had. Our server was rude, the tuna was served well done instead of very rare as requested (and as it should be cooked), swordfish was also very well done and tasteless. Drinks took 35 mins. Pasta tasted reheated and watery. All in all terrible experience. Sadly, since this used to be a favorite, this was the final time we will be going.
From the time we were greeted to the end of leaving and saying goodbye, it was an absolute memorable experience. Mario and the chef were some of the most kind happy warm hearted people I have ever met. The food portions were generous and quality was absolutely amazing. The service is attentive, knowledgeable, and professional, making for an unbelievable experience. It is a great place for a meal, and the staff takes great care of customers.
