Why is it that when I buy a shaken espresso they put so much milk in that shaker cup so when they pour it into the drink cup there's like still 3inches still left in their shaker cup that they throw away so that means you're not getting all the espresso that you paid for because they're putting too much milk in that shaker cup. 👎🤯

The young lady that took our order at the drive through was rude and made comments about my order for asking for my coffee to have less sugar. I can’t have a lot of sugar and they purposely made the coffee with too much sugar. The week day crew is great but the young lady I dealt with should not have a job.

Apparently they get to suspend you for a donut case and are allowed to not write you up before and sign a paper on suspending someone horrible place to work wouldn’t give me my employers number which is the owner but they get to walk away with no repercussions also a customer reported this out of spite the coffee wasn’t made properly instead of asking for it to be remade she took off came back mad and upset and took pictures of a donut case that had very little donuts in it so they lost a good worker over someone being mad about a coffee when we would of had no problem correcting it ! Dunkin’s management is horrible , especaially when they threaten to fire an employee if things are not done properly but they can get away with it according to labor laws ! Also they don’t follow the allergy laws they place all the bagels together and customers ask them to use separate gloves because they are allergic to a specific food and they don’t abide that ! So be careful if you have allergies they really don’t care ….

I'm really tired of ordering something and getting something completely different. Ordered tea, got coffee. Ordered a sausage sandwich, got bacon. Everyday is a 90 % chance they will get it wrong.

Not only was my coffee being made wrong from 10 seconds of ordering it, person was high and slurring counting money with gloves on and wiping off her nose then went and handled my order and scooped her hand inside ice chest with a cup instead of using scooper and then ice fell all over floor for other employees to walk all over and other employees r just watching her and secretly talking about her and how she's acting. Who ever she is with the tattoo on her neck and a piercing on her bottom lip needs a talking too on Somerset Ave dighton smmfh. Definitely not going there anymore. It's not the first time with this woman and her work ethics
