I can't say I've ever eaten any food at Frates so please take this review as a review of the ice cream and setting only. As I am new to the area, this was my first visit to Frates and it was charming in a way that walk-up New England ice cream shops are. There is an Elvis statue inside and fun music playing. I went to this place for the first time this year and I love the look that they have and how they have enough seating. I had a cheeseburger which was great and I tried my husband's fries and my niece's chicken tenders which were delicious also!!! My husband, sister and I wanted dessert so we ordered three fried dough sundaes once we were done with our meals.
