“Best pizza in Somerset/Dighton hands down. The service is great, delivery drivers always polite and the guy Steve that answers the phone is always pleasant. I moved to Somerset in 2020 and have tried ALL of the local joints for pizza. None come close to the pizza AND service here (Like a mile outside of Somerset). I need to try all of their food to be able to give better insight but definitely try these guys!Also, 3 stars for atmosphere just because I order delivery and I just don’t know, nor do I care how the atmosphere is at all. The food is good lol“

“Let me start by saying I’m 61 years old. I grew up eating papa Gino’s pizza. And I HATE cheese. … I’ve been going to the Papa Gino’s on depot drive in Taunton for a while now. I’ve had a heart attack and dispise cheese- from the smell to the thought of it, so pizza is not usually on my agenda. The past few times when I’ve placed my order BRENDIN has helped me. I use minimal amount of cheese. A little extra sauce. And I say… you’re the artist create me a masterpiece. BRENDIN the pizzas have been AMAZING. This compliment to him is well over due. I have never eaten any pizza for any where else other than Papa Gino’s. With service like Brendin and a delicious pizza why would I? Papa Gino’s customer for life. Thank you. I love their pizza and family run atmosphere but wasn’t expecting it to be the best pastrami sandwich I’ve had in a long time. Bread was toasted but not hard. Pastrami had no chewy fat and it was like half the price of the overrated places I’ve been to.“

“This place has been near and dear to me since I was a small boy. The young people behind the counter were very friendly. I would recommend this place. I went back to this place on Wednesday. I ordered a large cheese pizza and a onions and peppers pizza. My wife was waiting for the pizza at home while me and my friend ate the cheese in the store. A young lady came to our table explained that she would put the pizza down about 20 minutes after we received our cheese.
Both pizzas were delicious and the customer service is incredible! Thank you for caring about your customers👍“

I called back not even five minutes later I got a different price and I asked him why I had a different price and the guy became very rude and disrespectful and said the price is what the prices, and then when I said that’s not how you should handle business, he hung up the phone. After getting to counter to pick up my food, I realized I forgot wallet in car, immediately the kind gentleman was like no no don’t worry you’re all set! “Had a bad uber order that went wrong these guys were so super nice - thanks to them for being professional and very kind. Basically the customer ordered and uber delivery and then went and picked it up himself and didn’t bother cancelling it so he screwed over a lot of people that went out of their way to try and pick it up. The men in the restaurant especially the guy with the beard was so accommodating and nice and I appreciate them for making such an effort to appease and apologize even tho it was not their fault. They definitely deserve a raise and a great review for dealing so nicely with this.
