The bánh cuốn was really good! Quite fresh and the flavors were delicate and satisfying. Certainly seems to be a highlight of their menu and not something you can find very easily around here. The filling was a little on the sparse side but for $7.50 it's hard to complain. I thought the chả giò was fantastic too and it was a challenge to stop myself from ordering too many on the side. The banh cuon is definitely the highlight of this cafe. There are no other restaurants/cafes in Boston that has better banh cuon than Bep Bui!! The banh cuon comes with an egg roll and Vietnamese ham. The fish sauce is on the sweeter side and I actually like it!! I have also tried the banh mi with char siu (Cantonese style barbecued pork) and pate. The banh mi is perfect for people who are on a low carb diet! Banh mi que w/ charsiu was excellent, I liked their pate better than other banh mi places in Dorchester. It's a light snack size! Banh cuon thit had very nice texture but the chả toppings and veggies looked sad. I guess $7 banh cuon is good for the frugal budget, however, I wouldn't mind paying extra $ if they could deck out that banh cuon plate w/ bánh tôm chiên, chả chien, and more fresh veggies. I ended up ordered 10 lbs of banh cuon togo and made my own toppings instead....read full review
