Was a little disappointed this time around. The sinh to bo was good as always but the soups were lacking serious flavor, especially the bun bo hue. I've been going to Pho Hoa since I was little and i think their quality has gone down. However, the Beef 7 Courses was always good when I had it or their rice dishes. Might be better off getting those rather than the soup dishes
Their Pho and rice plates are great and a perfect meal to have on a cold day. Parking is street only but we had no issues when we came here on a Sunday late afternoon!
