Dunkin donuts at Ashmont station is excellent. Shaunty and Skylar are two wonderful women. They are kind, understanding and makes my coffee GREAT. I love going there every morning to get my cup of coffee. Staff there is great and quick. I get there , they got the doors locked at 6:36pm when they close at 7pm the skinny guy with the dreads said their closed, it have a sign on the window that says walk to window. If you’re gonna have people working for you, they need to close the doors at 7pm not an half hour early to clean. Or don’t work like that!!

BY FAR the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been to. The wait time is insane and the management is terrible. They hardly ever put more than 2 people on the floor so I don’t even think they let the poor kids who work for them take breaks which explains why my order is almost always wrong. Try another dunkin, this one sucks.

I wasn't sure this DD was open but I check it out the other day and it looks great. The whole area even the cell phone company next door got a make over. The staff look great in uniform. My order was correct and ready for me to pick up. Dorchester Ashmont area community deserve to have a upgrade DD and the employees deserve to have a nice updated work location. It looks great and I hope it continues to look great. Thank you to the person that full fills the online orders because honey you got my coffee right! Have a awesome work life! Love the upgraded Ashmont DD!

I take the bus to Ashmont station around 3-4 times a week for work and I always get dunkins from here before I get on the train. Good coffee and is always accurate to your order. Staff is nice and willing to give me alternatives if they are out. My only complaint is that it takes them a while to make your order, but I just order ahead from the bus to make up for that. Nice people and probably overworked being next to the station.

For an outlet that has no seating inside, this Dunkin's stays super busy all day long thanks to its location directly across from Ashmont station and to a steady stream of folks pulling in and out of the small parking lot outside. The offerings are typical Dunkin's: meh coffee, airy empty donuts, and ultra-zapped hot items, but if you're addicted to the Dunkin's app like I am, you might not be able to resist all its targeted discounts and bonus points offers. So even though I've mostly lived away from Boston after heading off to college long ago, I'm still a true New England native (youtu.be/FSvNhxKJJyU). Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions whatsoever.
