Terrible service. From the host to the server leaded us to our table, the same server were clearly annoyed we had a baby with a stroller (which we kept out of the way). No proper high chair—only an unsafe seat that didn't fit. On top of that, the lead server gave us constant annoyed looks while we tried to seat our baby safely. Absolutely not baby friendly or customer friendly.

We celebrated my wife’s Birthday last month and we had a great time with my family. We had never been to a BBQ place like this before so we had no clue what to do. Our waitress was very helpful and answered every question we had and explained what was going to happen and how it would work with the food. Needless to say everything went smoothly and we had a great time.

It was my first time here and my experience was out of this world! Hands down best customer service I’ve received. From the host, servers, bussers, and runners the staff were so nice and helpful, always clearing an empty plate as well as consistent and attentive check ins! Our waitress was Xuefeng and she was superb! So patient and kind throughout all of the courses and gave great recommendations!! Would highly recommend!!!

Andy L was amazing from the get-go! He took care of us and is exceptional at customer service. He was always checking in, give that man a raise! Food was amazing, we got the Chef’s Special (~$50-$60 per person including tax). Skirt steak & Prime Galbi were our favorites. We’ll be making plans to come back for some peak! There was practically no wait!

Portions were small but mostly delicious. Didnt have too much vegetable options but we enjoyed it still. The service was swift and the atmosphere was great for afternoon lunch. The place was clean too... including bathroom.

Even though this place is a chain, the food is always consistently good. So when I’m not sure where to take new friends or where to meet people for dinner, I always suggest gyukaku. Tonight, we had such a lovely server named andy who made sure we were well taken care of - from drink refills, grill changes, additional orders - he didn’t miss a beat.

My boyfriend and I went to Gyu-Kaku for a date night, and it was our first time trying Japanese BBQ together. It was a really fun and enjoyable experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and grilling our own meat and veggies at the table made the meal interactive and special. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which made us feel welcome and helped guide us through the process since it was our first time. Overall, it was a great outing, and we’re looking forward to going back and trying more from their menu.
