30 Dollars for a sad sandwich, some ornery bread and some reliquefied cheese. I wouldn't be so upset if this weren't the sixth or seventh time I'd left this place with a severe dissatisfaction. But the nerve to send me from one end of the store to the other for a simple order just left my blood boiling. I hope I've learned my lesson.

Im convinced that when they see my name they mess up my order or I have very bad luck with this company.. There hasn’t been an order they dont screw up! I am done with panera, they always mess up my order and im not paying for a salad or sandwich to be made their way. If you purchase from them, always look at the item before walking/driving away. There will be something missing on it for sure! Very disappointed

This place was amazing and I will be going back. The food tasted great and it was all affordable and kept me full for a while. The drinks they have were amazing and you can continuously get more refills in the back. I highly recommend coming here for a simple, but also delicious meal.Parking: A decent amount of spots if your there early.Kid-friendliness: Bring your kids, they have no complaints whatsoever.

On the surface, this Panera outlet feels slightly nicer and newer than older ones in the region. If I'm correct, it's in a newer portion of the South Bay development here in Dorchester.Inside, you'll find the same bells and whistles you might be used to at Panera - both walk-up and kiosk ordering, and a standard menu of bagels, breads, pastries, other baked goods, sandwiches, soups, salads, coffee drinks, and a soda/juice fountain.The chain has started emphasizing "clean" food lately, which is supposedly a more healthful take on "fast" or "fast-casual" fare, but also a more expensive one. A pick-two combo, for example, is no longer a half-salad and half-sandwich, but rather a discount off a full salad and a full sandwich at once. Yet today's full-sized salads and sandwiches feel like the half sizes of yore.Still, outside of the peak lunch hour, this is a dependable, clean place at which to park yourself or laptop loiter. Seems like some random folks have clued into this. When I went up to a kiosk, someone zoomed right into my face to ask if I could pay for her order, and kept doing this with other customers until she found someone who obliged. After enjoying her meal, she then proceeded to sleep on one of the couches until staffers had to summon security to escort her out. Good times.

I had a very good experience at this Panera bread. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad. It was very good plus a couple desserts and the people were very nice and the food was prepared properly. The salad was good. I would order it

I still believe it’s a bit of expensive for basic sandwiches and other basic food. Although the ambient is very nice and pretty quiet for you to spend the afternoon working with good Wi-Fi and places comfortable to sit dow.

No gluten free bread in 2023?!!! Are you kidding me? This place specializes in baked goods. I was going to eat here but decided not to because of this.I find that very odd for such a big restaurant chain not to offer gluten free bread. At least at this location.

It's the atmosphere and the environment you breathe in it that's unpleasant.The manager (Daniela), is unprofessional, rude she insult me because, I wanted a refund of my lemonade that I didn’t like. I could hear her in the kitchen, insulting me, laughing and discriminating against me because of my skin color with the other employee in Spanish.I work a the restaurant business. And this is not how you treat a customers After this bad experience, I won’t returning to this location.Sad cause I’ve to this location for the past few years.
