I literally called before going there to make sure they had broccoli cheddar soup today and they said over the phone. Yes of course we do while giggling I get there 20 minutes later in the kid at the register tells me unfortunately that’s the only item we do not have today, it was very dirty inside this location and extremely noisy for the few people that were in there.
I ordered a sandwich for me and my girlfriend to split with the manager on register asking for one half of the sandwich with peppers and one without (for reference We got the chicken chipotle avocado melt) after getting our food I opened one having peppers and giving the other half to my girlfriend she then opened and began to eat after a few bites she found out that her sandwich did have peppers which is no problem I understand mistakes are made I went back to the manager and...read full review

This Panera Bread has extremely mixed experiences. Some of the nicest employees are there, with a sweet and happy cashier who makes customers feel good. The food is always fresh, healthy, and on point, like the you pick two for $15 with half broccoli cheddar soup and half turkey cheddar sandwich. The atmosphere is great, and the place is clean and organized in the morning.
However, other visits are very different. Staff sometimes do not pay attention, giving the wrong bathroom code even after specifying in Spanish. The place can be difficult to find an employee willing to assist when busy, and the store is dated and tired. The dining area has scruffy looking street people occupying booths and beggars at the front door. The French soup in a bread bowl is not very tasty. Orders from Uber eats are extremely late, with one order still missing after nearly an hour. The Cobb Salad and a macaroon from the self service station were made to standard, but the front counter staff were engaged in a conversation. The rapid pick up food remains hidden behind the counter, requiring waiting in line.
