This is the worst Dunkin’s they do card scamming and everything I was there yesterday and used my card and it was being used on DoorDash on uber eats on Lyft on Walmart.com like why is this dunking donuts even open still shut there business down they are the worst with the bad coffee the nasty food and card scamming

My experiences at this location seem to be the exception based on other reviews. Whether I go inside or order at the drive thru, my orders come out really good. There was only one time when the drive thru was slow but from what I observe anytime I go, I’m pretty sure this particular location is consistently understaffed and has only one or two employees working which stinks if you have several customers at a time.

Do not come to this Dunkin if you do not want ants in your coffee or food this place is infested as a former employee I can assure you that you do not want to spend your money here there is ants crawling all over the swirl bottles were the swirl comes out so when you pump it the ants drop into the coffee cup every inch of this place is filled with muck and grime they switch the dates on the food if it expires and serve it after the experation date so if you don’t want to get sick or food poisoning do not come here

Pretty normal Dunkin, they were out of a lot of donuts when I was there but they pack up efficiently.

I was hesitant to go here because of the reviews, but I am happy to say that the drinks and service was great. We actually went in the store - no drive through. We ordered 4 different drinks and all came out perfect and quick! Especially the matcha (which didn’t get a good review on here before). Happy customer here!

Older lady with a bad attitude, had forgotten to order a simple plain croissant and was annoyed and rude. Asked for a receipt and practically threw it at me. There wasn’t anyone else just me and 3 others on one order. Wouldn’t recommend

It's a little expensive, when we have to pay over $4.00 , for a cup of black coffee and nothing else in it! But I love their breakfast wraps with eggs and cheese and sausage patties 🤤 !

Everytime I come here it's a train wreck. I order ahead through the app. 10-15 minutes. I get there. Nothing's ready. The drive thru is worse. The wait is ridiculous. There is no management for these poor kids to look to for help and guidance.

Where to start… this was an experience. The matcha my friend ordered took over ten minutes the employee attempted 5 try’s without help.. take a look at photo below. I ordered extra cream cheese only to find barely any cream cheese and when I asked for more they put a spoonful in a coffee cup for me. Anyways maybe skip this dunks and drive the 5 mins the another one.

Sat in the drive through line and waited 15+ minutes just to order 2 iced coffees - get to the window only to be told they ran out of iced coffee and didn't think they had the filters to make it. The wait is consistently always long at this particular dunkin' donuts. Clearly this place is managed by somebody completely and utterly incompetant.

So tired of wasting money here. Don't bother. Last order they forgot our muffin. Our breakfast bagel was so rubbery you couldn't even bite into it.

Wouldn’t give even a 1 star my breakfast sandwich on croissant was absolutely burnt. People!, you can’t serve food like that it’s a shame on you ! I wasn’t able to put on picture of that totally burnt sandwich. Looks like piece of coal. I was working at Dunkins and I never had a complaint from my customers. Geez.

I’ve gone here twice in the last few weeks ordering avocado toast with bacon, mind you it’s an extra $2 to add bacon, and I’ve gotten plain avocado toast. I don’t have time to go back as I need to be at work on time and the service is usually slow to begin with. Extremely disappointing when you don’t get what you expect/PAY FOR.
