We love the ice cream there and have probably gone ten times this season at least. However I never write reviews but we keep trying to give it a chance. However each time without fail the girls are so rude. Always having attitude and it makes it very unpleasant. We love it there but please work on customer service!

You need to upadte your hours online. We came at 9pm on a Monday, and online it says they are open until 9:30 on Mondays. The employee was very rude and screamed we are closed from the window. Will not be coming back

One girl working. Very good employee. Line went smoothly. Ice cream was good
My husband and I go here just about every Sunday. My go to is a Heath Bar Razzle. Got one just now and took a couple bites and the Heath Bar pieces were soft and horribly stale. No crunch whatsoever. Returned it and told them it was bad and was told we'd have to pay for another since I didn't like it. Had the girl pour some Heath in a cup to show her it was soft and it literally mushed between my fingers and they still told me I'd have to pay for another one. No manager on premises to speak to. Huge attitude from the worker. She called manager, no answer. Called store owner??? Telling them I wanted a FREE ice cream. I already paid for one that they took back. I just wanted a different kind because the Heath was nasty stale. Gave me a refund instead???? Makes no sense but whatever. Lost 2 weekly customers over this ridiculousness.

The ice cream is good, the long dark haired female working the window on Sunday night 6/2/24 might need to learn what being friendly with a smile means. This girl gave such nasty looks and appeared to be outright miserable.. merely scoffed at me as I ordered…. Her behavior was downright disgusting
