We’re not local to the area but wanted to stop for breakfast and we’re so glad we did. Great food, fast and friendly service! We wish we lived closer but will keep in mind for when we are nearby.

Found this place on a whim, and it did not disappoint. The service was immaculate, quick, and friendly. Everything was very clean and the food surpassed my expectations. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back when I'm in the area again.

Classic dinner right on Main Street with local charm and all the breakfast staples.
Four friends meeting up for a late weekend breakfast. This is a small, cozy, warm space decorated with authentic vintage country-themed items and signage. The menu is extensive. Prices are modest to moderate. Note that there is a $1.95 upcharge if you want a tiny container of pure maple syrup. I asked the waitress what the default syrup was and she said "Something with a lot of additives," which wasn't encouraging - but this one thing was also at odds with the freshness of the food. In particular, the fruit was really fresh and robust (which isn't always the case at other places). The service was fast and friendly. We'll come back. The eggs, home fries, French toast, Texas toast, bacon, sausage and bagels were great.
Out for a Friday after Christmas drive and we came across the Picket Fence for breakfast. I am in love with this place! The building is quaint both inside and out. It has such a welcoming feel. The servers were friendly and attentive and the food was yummy! Although we live about 30 minutes away, we will definitely be coming back! 👍👍

Great place 🤍 Loved the food and very nice staff ☺️
One of our favorite breakfast spots! The eggs Benedict is delicious and one of my favorite home fries in the area. Highly recommend!

A person I work with lives nearby and recommended the place to me. I'm a breakfast person and eat out every weekend. The atmosphere was very comfortable, wait staff friendly. You can tell most of the customers were local and welcomed me. I will return to try out the other options. The dish I had was eggs, home fries with onions, wheat toast, and corndbeef hash. The next time I get onions, I'll ask for grilled onions. They didn't seem grilled. Good, but not how I prefer them. It was well worth the 20-minute travel to me.
Parking: They have a good amount of parking but I'll bet they get more people than they can park. That's probably because they serve good food. That is how I know food is good
