Great bagels and bagel spread. But the woman behind the counter does not wear gloves. I could get past that if she sanitized her hands after handling money. She preps ur order. Handles money does not sanitize and then continues to handle your food?? I've walked out previously while this happens. like a sucker I gave it another shot today. She was cleaning counters with a rag. Took my order grabbed my food with same unsanitary hands took my cash gave me change (money is dirtiest thing to handle) didn't sanitize Then handled my bagel? seriously!?

Serves New England Coffee which is a good large brand. Cute location but it felt like they were trying to do too much with their menu. Should reduce their menu and focus on quality. Cold brew was a little gritty feeling. Decaf coffee was brewed fresh which was good.

Horrible customer service from the owner. Item costed $5.50. I asked for a little cream cheese it went to $7.95. When I asked she respond with attitude and told me immediately I was wrong. I could have bought a package of cream cheese my self for that price difference. That's a fast way to lose a customer if not multiple
