Dracut House of Pizza & Seafood

Highly disappointed. Ordered a margherita pizza and got a plain cheese pizza with a few basil leaves. Would have preferred they just said they didn't offer it.

We had ordered two pizzas and two different kinds of French fries. When my husband got home with the food, the staff at Dracut House of pizza didn’t even put any French fries in the container for an order. There were about 10 waffle fries in the to go container. My husband had said when he went to go pick up the food, the young girls working the counter didn’t check any of the food and were in conversation about personal issues. I had called the manager just to confirm that this is the amount of food you receive when you place a to go order. Paying over $50 for takeout and this is what was received was very disappointing.

Ordered delivery, food was ok at best overall…. Got a gyro meal lucky if it had 2oz of meat. Never Again!

GREAT onion rings! Great fried seafood! Good amount of food! If I had to choose anything to change I would’ve added extra coleslaw because yum!

Honestly, best haddock plate I’ve had in a while. Perfect portions & I can’t believe how flavorful the breadding was on the haddock. It was melt in your mouth delicious. Will be ordering again.

They dont only make the BEST pizza in town, but they also make the best easter baskets. Thank you dracut house of pizza for the Easter basket of 2026

Would love to give this place a great rating, but terrible service, being denied Service. I’ve ordered here a couple times and it seems like there’s an attitude behind the answer of the phone … Besides that they asked to declining of service Whenever they feel like it. Don’t care to order some here ever again… maybe if it’s convenient🤷🏼‍♂️

Has gone down hill since 2020, the costs continue to rise while the quality continues to decline. Gave it another chance as maybe they have off nights, but I can get a better meal for the same, if not cheaper price from Owen and Ollies and curb side from another higher scale restaurant .

We used to order from here weekly ar go every Friday with whole family sometimes 10 of us I realized in the last few years no customers on Fridays which used to be the busiest place in dracut we tried takeout tonight now I understand the food was terrible old chicken wife got chicken broccoli Alfredo was awful I got a spicy chicken sandwich neither of us could get past 2 bites bring nick and Adrian back something definitely off with this place used to be the place where families met on Friday now it's a ghost town im sorry but it was very disappointing
