Royal House of Roast Beef & Pizza Dracut

It’s obvious to get sauce on the side with delivery orders so that the sandwich isn’t soaked when it arrives. Somehow a roast beef place forgets to add the sauce every time?! And it’s an extra $0.75 per sauce side.

This is the most basic thing to not mess up and one time is understandable. Three times in a row is just complete incompetence on your staff’s part. We will likely go elsewhere for our beef fix.

Place is top notch busy as hell but for a good reason. Been doordashing through them and always completely helpful. Today they gave me a few slices of pizza for free. This has never happened to me. Very grateful 🙏

They definitely changed the chef here, have tried a couple times in the last two weeks and it tastes nothing like it used to a few months ago. Hopefully there able to figure something out

This place is the best!!! The staff makes me feel like family and the food is delicious. My family always knows where I am ordering from. We have dined in and taken togo also had delivery. Never a bad experience.

Got a large taco pizza, lg chicken parm sub and a large buffalo calzone for $70
Taco pizza was mainly salsa with no sauce, very little meat. Couldn’t even eat it with 2 hands, everything slipped off when I picked it up. Chicken parm sub was extremely soft and when I unwrapped it all the cheese came off on the wrapper.
My daughter said the buffalo calzones was just alright. Last chance they get with me.

We LOVE the Royal House of Roast Beef! Absolutely LOVE it! We drive from NH just for the cheesesteak and roast beef sandwich. The staff is wonderful, pleasant, helpful & patient! You will not be disappointed!
