Loud no senior discount ad for free pie on wed not true. Rice tasteless. Few deserts to choice

THE VILLAGE INN offers a blast from the past with unupdated decor but really good American food. While some may find the atmosphere reminiscent of a nursing home, the food consistently impresses, especially the seafood and steak. The smallest Prime Rib easily feeds two, complemented by plentiful side dishes. Soup and bread are included with meals, which adds to the value. Despite undercooked rolls, the chicken parmesan and salad were outstanding, and the lobster pie has been praised for its amazing amount of lobster. The mashed potatoes are creamy and tasty, while the carrots are cooked to perfection. The staff is nice and efficient, with high chairs available for kids. Mollie, a waitress, provides excellent service even when the place is crowded, making diners feel attended to. Wheelchair accessibility is provided with a ramp, ensuring everyone can enjoy a good meal at The Village Inn.
