absolutely dissatisfied. I got food tonight, where to begin
ordered medium well gold burger with fires. got soggy fries, well done burger, one over cooked onion ring on top. burger wasn't even completely on bun.
ordered chicken finger dinner. got over cooked chicken and soggy fries.
forgot extra sauses we had to pay for.
We just recently moved to Webster and we were recommended to try Big Al’s…the first 2 times we ordered from them the food has been delicious…tonight, we have a whole different outlook on them. We ordered a large pizza and onion rings. They said 40-50 mins for delivery, we did not receive our food for almost 2 hours.
