I have been coming here for about 3 years now. Their food is pretty good, and the service could be better but it's not the worst. There has been a lot of flies whenever I went. But today, it was absolutely disgusting. There were ants and flies all over the counters, including the food that I was going to eat. There was food on all of the tables and chairs as well. I gave this one star based on the environment. However, if I would have rated this based on food, it would be 3.5 stars. My fries were cold when they got out and it is overpriced.

Absolutely worst customer service ever.. mean lady who answered the phone took my order. Giving me a hard time for ordering the fries how it says on the stupid menu. She was even more rude when I went to pick up the food. The food was awful too. They are short staffed and seemed to be over stressed to even be opened. Not a pleasant place and I’m telling the world to stay clear of this place. Please please don’t go there. If you do, don’t get the shoe string fries.Actions have consequences.. rude to your customers and we have the power to write a review.Never in my life have someone talked to me like this lady did.

I went there to pick up pizza it was filled with kids with the cross sticks bouncing balls off the walls The pizza was burnt with very little cheese something I'm not used to because I love your guys's pizza just overall bad experience

My first visit here and I love it! I got the Italian which was satisfying but light at the same time thanks to the nice fresh greens on it. And you can never go wrong with a sub made on a Piantedosi roll!

My cousins used to work here when they were teenagers so I thought I’d go back. Nice workers, cute place. It seems like the place to work for high schoolers so it’s relatively unprofessional. this would be fine but my friend found multiplelong hairs in her sandwich, yuck!

Stopped in for lunch,( never been before) had a cheeseburger sub. Not the worse but not good enough to say " wow this is good". Took it to go and didn't get any napkins. A decent place if your desperate.
Decent pizza. We were in a hurry and slices were available very quickly.

Placed an online order at 7:00om on Saturday when their website said they close at 8. Arrived at 7:40 to pick up the food to find they were closed with someone sweeping the floors who refused to look at me as I tried to get his attention, then turned off the lights and left 15 minutes before they supposedly closed. Good pizza, but that's messed up.

On Saturday's my husband and I share a small Italian sub from different places, no more going to other sub shops! Benchwarmer Pizza & Sub wins by far, we've gotten our sub several times from here. I arrive at this excellent place every couple of days as I like the good mood that is characterizes this restaurant. The crew is very helpful and skilfull. The service is extremely rapid. Not to mention, the food they prepare is magnificent. I visited many times and I was always joyful. The price is honest. I highly suggest this place to all my friends.
