You must try the thick (and I mean THICK) cut candied bacon BLT. Slightly sweet, salty from the pork and peppery with a 1/4 inch slice of tomato, be still my beating heart. I will be back again! The funny thing was I was coming in for their lunch special. (Be sure to follow them on Facebook. They post them daily). I saw someone else's order go by, and I fell in love. I was there for a business meeting. The noise level was slightly too loud to hear everything till we moved closer to each other, but I had plenty of room for our laptops with our lunches.
The service was great, and the staff was attentive.

We had a party of 13 adults and 3 kids after a christening. Both brunch and lunch menus were available. Phenomenal service. Delicious food. We got the whole gamut from steak and eggs to lobster omelet to turkey sandwich to Mac and cheese to lobster roll. Kids loved the pizza (grown ups did, too). Drinks were fantastic! Duxbury spritz was a favorite along with the spring sangria. We felt very comfortable, even with 3 noisy toddlers who had to move around a lot during brunch. The experience was beyond what I could have expected for such a large party. Thank you, Tracy, for taking in a group this size and making it work!

We had a large party of ~20 for lunch. We reserved ahead and everything was set up perfectly for our large group. The food was exceptional and service was fantastic- particularly for such a big group with several children. Thanks especially to Courtney and the other servers for being so attentive and accommodating to our group. We had a fantastic lunch (+ experience) and highly, highly recommend.

BRT- Bluefish River Tavern is a whole new experience in one of my favorite locations. What a beautiful job they did.
Gorgeous exposed roof trusses, giving a very spacious feel. Local 3D artist, and sculptors exhibited in respectfully appointed areas.
This Delicious Duxbury Delicacy is for *all* of your senses. Sights, sounds, smell, taste and touch. The textured seats are a welcome unique softening of the dining room experience. They are a perfect offset to the light wood grains and the white walls and ceilings that provide the myopic backdrop for exquisite custom artwork.
The sounds of laughter and happiness, the smell of the chef’s mastery of herbs and sauces, and the feel of a perfectly laundered and folded cloth napkin across your lap.
And the food! Our party had a pizza, a chicken sandwich, a burger and fish tacos. We couldn’t wait to share our dishes with each other. Every one as good as the next.
This place I’ve never been to. The brand new, Bluefish River Tavern.

Everything was great from friendly staff to fast, high quality food. Bolognese was very good, as was the whipped burrata appetizer. Very pleased and will come again. Sat at a table, but large bar with tvs looked nice a nice time too.

There are just too many good things to say about the place...Every experience is always a 10. The menu,staff. food, drinks and service are always top notch. We love the bar if you are able to get a seat. Chistina and Danielle are usually our servers and make the entire visit a great time...
The entire staff from Hostess to Eric the owner are extremely friendly and accomidating.
We love everything about it. Give them a visit, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Cannot even rate food or service because never got seated. We put our name in for a party of two for our anniversary dinner and were told it was going to be a 45 minute wait. We went to the car to wait and got a text saying we were at the top of the list and to head to the restaurant about 30 minutes later. Well, we were already at the restaurant, so no need to head there. Got another text a few minutes later saying the same thing. Went to head in and got a text saying we were removed from waitlist. Manager “apologized” and said it was a busy night. As someone who works in the service industry this is definitely not how you treat guests and we will definitely never be back. Do not recommend if you want a good guest experience. Laughable.
