All new staff since a month ago, love the girls that serve me my coffee every weekend night! no drive thru so you have to walk in but it’s worth it!

HORRIBLE. The rudest most inconsiderate encounter I have had in years. The woman who waited on me took the order and payment than proceeded to take orders behind me and make their coffees; When I inquired about my coffee order I was answered with an eye roll and large sigh. NEVER AGAIN! This employee should be educated in customer service or terminated. I ended up leaving after 20 minutes without my coffees.

The young blonde female worker here needs a talk about professionalism. She basically threw my drink in my face and both my muffins seemed like they were thrown in the bag. Also when I got handed my order she seemed angry with me for no reason. I understand people have bad days but she shouldn’t be taking out whatever she’s going through on customers. Seriously this teenage girl needs an attitude adjustment. All other non-teen employees are amazing and always treat me and my order the way it should be. Not this girl, in my opinion she should be fired.

Terrible experience every time I go here. coffee was cold, gave me caf instead of decaf, didn't know how to make a matcha latte.... The employees are distracted and socializing instead of helping customers. Would not recommend.

Rudest female employee ever. After 5 pm no decaf available rudely states she is cleaning coffee containers "with chemicals". Happened to me 3 times. She told me to get out and she would not even deal with me. And to go away. Has her own agenda. Not a n appropriate enoloyee!!!
