I received a raw burger and I called to get a refund because I live like 20 minutes away and they said I wrong and “that’s the way they are done” He was so rude to me I understand if you can’t do a refund but he was so so unprofessional I was in disbelief. I loved fire and stone before this was crazy I wish yall could’ve heard our conversation I was so polite and it took a lot out of me

Probably the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had, made with thigh meat for some reason with the membrane still on. Impossible to bite through, all the breading fell off leaving me with a soggy, slimy, disgusting mess. No ketchup for the fries. My son's bbq burger had some weird sweet and sour sauce on it, ruining an otherwise decent burger.

Fire & Stone introduced me to a thin, crispy crust, a generous edge and very good products! Congratulations on the quality of the products and the wonderful pizza that reminds us of our land! Pizza is great when they’re actually open and available. Went today - sign said “gone fishing” meanwhile their google maps shows them as open. Even more annoying…The staff was inside and just didn’t wanna open the doors or pick up the phone. Another instance of this bizaare post-Covid attitude where the customer should just be grateful regardless of inconsistencies or bad messaging.

I just picked up my blue cheese salad that had been warming, sitting atop my pizza at Fire & Stone and arrived at Duxbury beach only to find they had included the wrong dressing. When I called ask ask if they could give me a credit for a future salad (roundtrip I’m about 30 mins away on Duxbury beach at the third crossing) they told me it was a fifty cent mistake and they would not honor a future salad. They told me to eat my salad without dressing or come get a replacement dressing…. awesome customer service! I’m glad you took ownership for your mistake but left me on the beach with a salad with no dressing to match. For all the salad lovers - a salad is only as good as it’s dressing!!
