The bagels themselves are delicious and so many good options! I personally like a salt with bacon/scallion CC (salty/savory); salt with honey walnut CC (sweet/salty); and a sausage egg and cheese on spinoccoli. The staff is the only thing that keeps it from a perfect review. They don't always listen well and can be quick to get the job done so the food suffers.
Happy to have another lunch/breakfast option so nearby. They're also open super early which is nice for the commuters. I've gone twice now and I'd say the bagels are just okay. They're a little too chewy for my taste. I do appreciate the variety of flavors offered though (both bagel flavors and cream cheese flavors). My biggest complaint is that they never toast my bagels long enough. I always ask for a "toasted" bagel and then it comes out in like...
