Incredibly slow service on 8/2 morning. I clearly was in a rush and two people kept talking behind the counter holding the milk, then holding the caps for the coffees. It seemed almost on purpose as I tried to get the persons attention to close the coffees so I could pop out. The smoothies are syrup based. Get them from East Boston Farm Stand next door as they blend real fruit for their smoothies.

Very little customer interaction. They insisted I use the order kiosk just to get a single hot chocolate, which wasn't even on their big beautiful digital menú. I prefer to be treated like a human - even McDonald's treats their customers better.

Coffee was good and the menu has a good selection. I’d definitely come by more often but it was a waste of a walk from the train station. I came here to try somewhere different and take a work meeting. There was no seating inside or outside. I was very confused. I’m fine with ordering on a tablet but no customer interaction AND no seating? It’s almost like they don’t want anyone dining.

I start most mornings with a cold brew from Americano. This place can not be beat. The coffee here is fantastic and the breakfast sandwiches do the trick. Americano has an extremely friendly and helpful staff + owner, are immaculately clean, and offer great vibes all around.
The best coffee (and patio) in East Boston belong to Americano. It is hard to say enough great things about this place. Their online ordering system is super easy and awesome and their service is top notch. The owner here really cares about the shop and his customers ~ and it shows.
Highly recommend the Snowy Owl cold brew, steak egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, cinnamon coffee cake, smoothies, and the sights and sounds of East Boston from their patio.
Would get married here.

Very hard to order two coffees especially if the coffees are ordered differently. no customer service you have to order through a Tablet the staff does not help at all. It is set up so the staff has zero interaction with customers.

Bagels large and soft. breakfast sandwich with ghost pepper cheese is amazing.Coffee however is subpar, mostly overly sweetened. Mocha latte is sweeter then "moo" chocolate milk from the store and doesn't even taste like coffeeDecent cold brew on tap, iced coffee a little watery. Again, don't get too much sugar.

Ordered a caramel macchiato and they put way too much caramel in here, can taste more caramel than coffee. Second time coming here and the coffee is alright, a bit watered down. Wish it was a more personable place where baristas actually took your order (you make your order via the tablet)
