The atmosphere was really bad — blaring music, poor lighting, a smell of urine, and regulars staring at us. The food was good, but we got a nasty surprise when the bill came… each dish was $3 to $5 more than listed (we were a group of 5). When we pointed it out, we were told after someone checked in the kitchen: “Yes, that’s normal, our menu isn’t up to date, it’s more expensive now.” Unacceptable! Probably because we’re tourists, even though we speak English fluently. Avoid this place!

I have tried burgers in many places among 28 countries, and the Barney’s burger is among my top three. Grilled on charcoal, and with plenty of love (by Adriana) and served by truly friendly people (Tati and Aleja). I would definitely recommend to stop by and try this experience. Fantastic burguer!, the place is a dive, the staff is super friendly, prices are pretty good, never had a bad meal there, the rib eye steak is pretty good, love the salchipapas, as mention before, great burger, give it a try, they do tons of take out as well.

This truly is the best burger in Boston! So delicious and the service was great. We ended up here with our kids on the way to the airport, which is the only reason the atmosphere score is low—for a bar it’s fine.

The place is cozy, and the atmosphere is vibrant and fun. Great Latino music ( the dj knows how to keep your feet moving). The parking situation is the only reason I don't go there more often. Love this place.
