Awful service. Workers won’t even give you water. I’ve always been able to grab a water at any Dunkin no questions. This Dunkin should be handed over to new management, I’ve always had a great image of the Dunkin’s brand but places such as this location taint the Dunkin name.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. There were only two employees working, and both of them looked completely exhausted and moved unbelievably slow. The guy taking my order clearly didn’t know how the register worked — he couldn’t figure out how to ring things up and kept calling over the other person for help. Most of the time he just stood there staring, moving at a snail’s pace. It felt like nobody had any idea what they were doing. Honestly one of the slowest and most unprofessional service experiences I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’.

Coffee isn't that difficult, but they manage to make it taste horrible

Ordered food and drinks, was quick line up. Received drink quickly and it was delicious, waited for food. Food never came and mentioned it to the lady making the sandwiches, she didn’t say anything just shrugged, turned around and kept giving other people their orders. I asked if I could get my sandwich and she just stared at me and kept serving other people. I finally just walked away without my food. Rude service from her, have experience at other Dunkin’s and it was great. First time in Boston and definitely will avoid this location when we return.

I tried to order breakfast at Dunkin donuts and the cashier walked away mid order to talk to the other employees about bacon and didn't come back. Didn't even putting in my order and left the other cashier alone w a big lineup. I stood their trying to finish my order while 3 other people were able to order and pay at the only open cash register.... I had to walk away.
I much rather wait in a line up of 30+ people at Starbucks since they r taking orders.

If I could give zero I would the service was horrible

Dunkin' Donuts – A quick pickup before the flight!
My go-to favorites: stuffed bagel minis with cream cheese and mini hash browns.
If you're into coffee, this is a great spot to grab a cup too.

It was horrible in terms of time, I lost two drinks, it took more than 15 minutes, my flight was leaving and I couldn't get the order... so if you're going to buy it, go with plenty of time.

Their bagels are cardboard. Clearly cutting corners at this location

We didn’t have time for breakfast so after customs we looked for a place in the airport and decided to try Dunkin’ Donuts.

I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich and my husband had the sourdough breakfast sandwich with a large coffee, large tea, and a half a dozen donut holes and all of that came to around $30.00. I thought the price was reasonable, more reasonable than a sit down restaurant would’ve cost us at the airport.

I would definitely choose Dunkin’ Donuts again over any other quick place to eat at the airport.

If you’re looking for food on budget, then consider Dunkin’s SEC croissant w/ hash browns and coffee all for $6. Versus the premade sandwiches in fridge that are $15
