Do not get donuts here, sad and dry donuts. I recommend buying plastic bottled water.

The sign posted outside the store advertises that they open 60 minutes prior the first flight. Our flight is at 5 am and they informed the crowd waiting outside that they do not open until 5. Advertise properly so people can go elsewhere.

Close to the home of Dunkin' (I still add the word Donuts after). Coffees on tap is a fun addition. But can you ever really beat a fresh French Crueller? Best coffee value in the airport

$6 meal deal before early flight is fantastic deal.
This Dunkin' is in Terminal A, inside the security zone. It is the cheapest food you will find at this airport by a lot. Yes, they have the full menu and you can use your Dunkin app to order and skip the queue. How awesome is that!
They don't make the donuts here, obviously. But they do have the usual breakfast sandwiches, donuts, coffee, coffee drinks and such. If you're getting a bagel, you need to ask for it to be double toasted because they pretty much wave it through the toaster and it's barely warm.
Parking: Welcome to Boston Logan Airport.

Coffee came out great. I just grabbed a donut. The lady taking my order though.. MISERABLE. If you hate your job that much find a new one. She rolled her eyes and showed huge annoyance because I asked to make my coffee decaf.. younger blonde with an accent. I’ve worked customer service and I understand we all have bad days and stuff but how am I the one being super nice even with her attitude? I did get my order fast though so that’s a plus.

The donuts are old and the place is very dirty…
The employees are few for the demand and they are not given the poor hands…
Poor quality in general.

It is 8:33pm on a Monday. There are 4 people standing around with the store closed. They tell me they are closed for the night and that this is their regular closing time, yet their sign says they close 30 minutes prior to the last flight & online says 11pm closing. When I questioned it, they no longer claimed to be able to understand me and just shrugged like I was speaking gibberish.

Stood in line waiting to be served and was ignored by three people. I concluded that they weren't interested in selling me donuts and coffee so I left.

No issues for me, there wasn't a line and I got food immediately. It's not the highest quality but it was hot and edible.

They don't serve bagels or donuts anymore. I'm not sure what the deal is.

Gave me food poisoning from eating a sketchy bagel. Ruined my trip to Seattle.
