I came with a friend to have some margaritas. The drinks they gave us were beautiful, super picturesque but they didn't taste like what they looked like. They were too horrible, had too much mix of tequila and random liquors, too much alcohol and impossible to drink because they literally tasted like alcohol. We spent about 20 minutes trying to take small sips but we still managed to drink them. The girl who served us was super attentive and made us other new drinks but they were just as horrible. We stayed 20 more minutes and left without finishing even 1/4 of the drink that had been made for us again, obviously we had to pay for something that we didn't even like and we didn't finish drinking either. The service was perfect but they should modify their drinks menu.

Read other comments wish I did before ordering on uber eats, regardless of how it’s being ordered should always make sure your sending out food so people want too refer your restaurant and I was highly disappointed. The chicharron was backwards, meat crispy as hell and the top where it should be crispy taste like rubber. Chewed so long my jaw was hurting. Had to spit it out smh. The platanos wasn’t sweet at all and the rice seemed old. The yuca was the best part. I spent 30 dollars and wish I could get my money back but hit or miss with uber eats. Smh. I wish restaurants stopped half assing at night time plenty of other places to get good crispy skin chicharron!

We really like their food, but the service is an entirely different matter. It is not bad in a way that they are not “nice”, but it lets us down every single time. The price for some items comes up higher than in the menu.
To make the matter worse, they include 23% gratuity for any size party and a 5% credit card fee, both unannounced before hand.

Last Friday 01/11/2024. Several friends went there for lunch, based on their recommendations. But something very unpleasant happened, one of the guests got 3 small spoons on the wooden base where her food came and one on mine too. I told the waitress that this was very serious and unpleasant. Of several things he told me, the last thing he said, "believe me, that happens in all restaurants." GMO… what an answer! I will never return, much less recommend it.

I order through Uber Eats late at night.3 out of the 5 items we're acceptable.The salad seem like it's in the fridge all day in the oil and vinegar got the best of it! The main problems that I had.I ordered a lime aid with coconut which I assumed to be a lime juice maybe with cream of coconut. I got a sprite! I also order a mango smoothie, i'm not sure what I received.I'm not familiar with the product.It's in a soda can it has nothing to do with smoothies or mango. When I called to just make them aware very politely( not expecting any return)I was immediately Told that they don't speak english, Which is fine I lived in East boston for about four years and a lot of places are like that. You can tell when you're. Being pushed off After you have spent your hard earned money. As a business owner myself, I would never treat a customer like that.I would never put a soda instead of a smoothie and not you somehow someway. I don't usually reviews.This is probably the 3rd for me I just feel ripped off, I would never believe somebody feeling that way!
